Cesar and his team was prompt, extremely professional, quick customer service needs, they did a custom gas line installation and also installed my tankless water heater, for my above ground pool, this is the kind of professionals I prefer and recommend, now I know why they are 5 stars rated on yelp, and the reviews are true if they do rate 5 stars I can concur with them. I will sure go with them again for the next project. They worked from morning to night, really appreciate all of them to stay and get the job done. Great work guys keep it up.

After receiving outrageous quotes from other "major" plumbing companies who wanted to do the job in an easier fashion, On Time Rooter and Plumbing Guys gave me a reasonable quote. Not only that, the first time I got their estimate, the staff was listening to my needs for my custom job. I had started a copper pipes replacement for our house, unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, I couldn't finish the job. These guys came in, took over what was left, and finished the job! They were always communicating with me. Were tentative to my needs and situation, and were great to work with. The precision on the copper pipes was immaculate. They removed the old pipes, fixed all issues, and came back to check and make sure everything was taken care of. I will be referring them to anyone I know who needs them in the future and I will be using them if I need for any other issues as well. This company was truly professional and worked extremely hard and efficient. I am very happy with my results. Please support these guys, they are different, in a positive and great way!

Edit: they were my go to plumber but since they were acquired by another company the service has changed. It takes multiple texts and follow ups to get an appointment scheduled. They’re always late and don’t give notice, sometimes they don’t show up. There’s also issues with communication, I spent weeks setting up an appointment because I was told I would need “lines flushed” by the person I was texting with and then had to spend weeks trying to get on the schedule. Then, the person that’s going out to see my place tells my that he already flushed the lines a month ago and that wasn’t the issue. No apology for wasting my time, no admittance of the communication error on their end. I’ll be finding a new plumber!

Old review: Ive used this company many times, for any water related needs in my house and they’re amazing. Extremely fair and reasonably priced, will not charge you if it’s a job too small or if they think they weren’t able to sufficiently solve the problem. Always on time and great when you’re in a pickle! I found them when I was out of town and one of my tenants went into the garage to find that my water heater had flooded the garage and these guys came in and replaced my water heater the same day. 10/10 recommend!!

Lots of leaks of water and gas couldnt fix either. Worst company to work with.

A pipe was leaking under my sink. I called to see if someone could fix it and explained the issue of the pipe leaking. They gave me a window of 8am - 11am. After I called the company 4 times, a plumber finally arrived at 7pm.

When Greg arrived, he told me I needed all new pipes, a new clean out, etc. When I showed no interest in doing a total overhaul for a leaking pipe, he explained to me how I could fix the pipe myself but said he couldn’t do it because it was “getting late” and he didn’t have the parts.

What a waste of time. Super disappointing how this business has turned out.

These guys are the best. I shopped around with a lot of plumbers for rates after an attempted scam from another plumbing service.

Not only are their prices very reasonable, Caesar and Adrian are HONEST and actually know what they're doing.

A top plumbing co I work with often. Perfect for an annoying service call or a heavy-duty job!

On time plumbing replace our drain pipes in February. We notice water still coming out in June.

I have to keep calling on time plumbing for 4 weeks. Eveytime they tell us to wait someone to call us back, but no one called back till 4 weeks later.

We finally got a call and scheduled appointment between 3-5pm on August 2nd.

One guy showed up at 7pm with no tools !!!!!! We have to let him to use our tool to find the leak. He scheduled another appointment on August 5th.

We waited all day on August 5th and no one showed up. Then we found out he totally forgot about our appointment!!!

We try to schedule 3rd appointment and get no answer !!!!!

I need someone to fix the leak right away!!!!

This plumbing company has mastered something truly impressive: doing absolutely nothing while somehow making the situation worse. I called for help, not a social experiment on how long a human can wait for basic customer service.

Customer service? Nonexistent.
Communication? A myth.
Follow-up? A fantasy novel.

Calls went unanswered, messages disappeared into the void, and when I did finally hear back, it felt like I had interrupted them during a very important meeting titled “How to Not Care at All.”

At one point, I wasn’t sure if I hired a plumbing company or signed up for an escape room challenge where the goal is to figure out if anyone is ever coming. Spoiler: they didn’t.

If you enjoy stress, unanswered phones, vague promises, and wondering why you didn’t just watch a YouTube tutorial and flood your own house. Then this is the company for you.

Otherwise, save yourself the headache, the time, and the sanity. My clogged pipes showed more professionalism than this business.

Would not recommend. Ever. To anyone. Including my enemies.
