Great company that picked up the phone when I first called and was able to make it out to my house the next day to fix my washing machine. When my refrigerator was making a loud noise, I had to find someone reliable who could come out and fix it quickly. After calling half-a dozen appliance repairmen on Saturday morning I finally had success with this appliance repair company; an hour and 15 minutes later they were at our house! The cost for repairing everything was more than reasonable--I won't call another appliance repair service because this company save the day when all others could care less about my situation. Called to replace a broken burner on a range, gave them range serial and part number. Was quoted $140 and told the part would be extra. The $140 turned out to be for a “diagnostic” where the guy opened the oven door and said “yep that’s broken” then I got an invoice for an additional $500 in parts ($240) and labor ($260), for a parts that’s $50 on Amazon and installs in 20 minutes. No thank you.
