Ricks tree service great work splendid clean up. Magnificent work over all.

They used our backyard to get to a neighbor's property with permission. They used my husband's dolly without permission and damaged it.

I am not happy with the customer servioe response from Rick. They were supposed to come back and do some reprair work on one tree and haven't been back after several attempts to call. IN taking down one tree, his workers damaged some plants an broke a sprinkler.

Rick's tree service is great his guys do wonderful job. His crew is very safe. And he does a wonderful clean up after he's done

Left redwoods without raising them properly, didn’t do a professional quality work given the high prices.
Left plant material in owners garden bins, instead of hauling away.
Charged 2x of the fair value, not recommended.

I hired them to remove a tree on rental property. They did an excellent job, closely supervised. I then hired them to remove a tree and roots at our home, including hauling away the tree/chips. Our front yard was mounded "8-10 inches" with chips and a side "driveway" was covered with several inches. They also spread chips in our back yard without permission. They finally returned today to take care of their mess. Unfortunately, they didn't finish. If they finished the work in our back yard, they would have received four stars, in spite of the delay, but they chose not to. Three stars is an upgrade from my initial review.

Stump was Not Removed. Paid to remove Stump. Hugh stump was left in ground. Agreement was to cut tree and remove stump. I had to pay a gardener to remove tree stump so that gardener could plant in area. Mike’s had to borrow the generator because His generator Didn’t work. Lastly he dumped wood in residence Garbage can instead of towing away all wood as agreed. Mike’s refused to reimbursement for taking stump out of ground. Mike said it would go away, just plant over stump.

Rick's Tree Service has an excellent crew. Efficient, caring, and an amazing trust with each other to support the workers in "High" places. Enrique, the owner, put up with my complaints (I behaved poorly), and stopped chainsawing a trunk on the first sunny Saturday in February (2/11/17). All the neighbors were complaining, I had the ungraceful voice, and he stopped immediately. My hat is off to this man, his incredible service and compassion, as wells being a first class businessman and carries through to meet the needs of his clients. Thank you!!!!

I have used Rick’s Tree Service, located in Pittsburg CA, for many years and for a variety of different kinds of jobs. All work has always been done promptly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. The crew is efficient and the clean up afterwards thorough. I’m particular about trimming trees and Rick knows how each variety of tree needs to be trimmed properly. I highly recommend Rick’s Tree Service.

Rick’s tree service did not finish the job they were paid to do. His workers damaged my property and didn’t seem to care about what was in the contract. When I asked how much it would cost to add trimming one additional branch (8 feet long and about 5 inches thick, close enough to the ground that you didn’t need a ladder to cut it) Rick said it would cost an additional $400. That’s the kind of service you get from him.

Rick came out and did a very thorough job evaluating our project. He spent a lot of time answering all of our questions and was excellent at communicating throughout the process. Although we’re not ready to move forward just yet, he offered the best price we’ve seen and showed great knowledge and professionalism. We definitely plan to use his services in the future and highly recommend him.

Evergreen Tree Care's people did a great job on my property!

This was the first time I hired them and plan to engage them for a regular tree upkeep. In addition to tree trimming, pruning, and removal, they did a lot of underbrush removal. One particularly misshapen oak tree got a new lease on life by one of the ETCs arborists.

Each of the two days, they arrived on time and left only after cleaning the site. I could not be more pleased with the company, the people, and their professionalism and knowledge.

Great crew that was knowledgeable and professional and seemed to enjoy the work they were doing.

The results showed great attention to detail and exceeded my expectations.

I have a really large Oak Tree in my back yard that was in desperate need of a trim, the branches were starting to cause issues with my roof. I called ETC on a Monday they were there later that day to give an estimate and within a day they were there and made short work of the trimming. The team that came was very professional and respectful.

We have relied on ETC, Inc. for all our tree care for many years. They have removed trees when needed and periodically reduced the canopies of several oaks that grow too near the house. Great service!

To say I impressed with Evergreen Tree Care, Inc would be an understatement. I have shouted their praises every chance I get since working with them. Gary Sr. was incredibly responsive, kind, caring, empathetic and helpful - even during a holiday weekend. He had a crew available quickly. Watching the team work was like a well choreographed dance. Their efficiency and professionalism were impressive. Scott was very helpful and a joy to work with. HIGHLY recommend.

I have four large, and very old trees, which have been pruned a few times in the past. One of them is a beautiful redwood.

Within a few days I had an appointment with Paige who looked at all of the trees very carefully and I had an estimate the same day. The estimate was very reasonable.
The trimmers were amazing!!! They took their time with each tree and the results were incredible!
Cleanup was outstanding.
