This is a phenomenal tree company. They did some subcontracting work for my tree service company on a recent project and I was blown away by their professionalism and experience. From the minute they arrived on time, to the immaculate cleanup upon job completion, they left the site better than when they arrived and helped our crew out tremendously. I've used ETC 3 times now, and am sure will use them again! They have taken excellent care of the many trees at my new house -- some trees needed removing, some needed severe pruning, and I even planted a new tree. Everyone I've dealt with here has been super helpful, knows their jobs very well, and the work has been superb. I would recommend them to anyone needing professional tree service, and I will continue to use them for my tree needs!

6/27/2024 UPDATE: I am still using ETC, and am still very happy with them. They are caring and professional, and my trees are very beautiful and healthy thanks to ETC. I do highly recommend them.

As a long time customer of Evergreen Tree Care I have to congratulate them for their consistent quality, responsiveness, and expertise. They have managed the care of five large trees (including three oaks) that need the level of expertise and care few tree services are capable of offering.

Evergreen Tree Care was outstanding to work with for all my tree maintenance needs. I typically do not write reviews, but their service exceeded all expectations. I have three very old fully established trees in my yard that mean a lot to my landscaping; the Evergreen Tree Care team was able to remove all the mistletoe, prune, and care for the health of them, plus remove 6 unwanted dead trees from my yard. Jared (the owner) is extremely nice and accommodating, he reviewed and personally worked on my yard. He and his team made me feel very confident with their skills and knowledge of trees - Jared has to be the best arborist in the state, if not country/world whom clearly trains his team with high standards. This company respects the trees and I know they did everything possible to keep my beloved trees alive for another 100 years. Plus their tree climbing, rope skills were extremely impressive, safe, and thoughtfully took care of my trees. Also, they were very careful of my other landscaping, not to drop and harm the surroundings and very diligent with cleanup, leaving my yard looking better than it ever has. I will continue to use their services for years to come and would without a doubt recommend Evergreen Tree Care!!

The Evergreen team arrive on time, set-up, surveyed, planned their attack, trimmed, cleaned, hauled and left by 1115. Super professional, efficient and nice. Explained what they did and why during after work walk thru. Absolutely will use again and recommend to anyone who may need their service.

I have used Evergreen Tree Care (ETC) twice and have been very satisfied with these experiences. Most recently was in Sept. 2023. The arborist came a week earlier, evaluated our trees, and provided a detailed estimate for the pruning work to be done. The work team came on the appointed day and set right to work. They had a full complement of workers and equipment. They were responsive to my comments and suggestions. They seemed to enjoy their work. Our trees now look great. They charged exactly as per the estimated cost.

Evergreen tree care has always been wonderful with the care of our important large trees. They are careful, knowledgeable, and courteous. And, unlike most tree companies, they do a great job of clean up when they are done!

Very professional and they really know their trees! Tree trimming is done with good attention to the health of the tree and its post-haircut appearance. Pleasant people in the office and field to deal with. Removed two large trees awkwardly placed with great care so no collateral damage. Thorough clean up. Timely, efficient crew. This is the fourth time we have used Evergreen Tree Care to help keep our trees thriving. In the past they have done necessary removal of large trees. This time they helped with pruning trees for fire prevention. They are reliable, communicate well, and are very knowledgeable about all kinds of trees. Great company.

Evergreen did a great job on my trees. The job was done just as expected, on time and on the estimate price. I do think they know their stuff when it comes to trees. Nice workers as well and they cleaned up after it was all completed.

I highly recommend Evergreen Tree Care! Their arborists are well worth the added cost, particularly if the tree to be pruned really matters to you. There are more competitively priced tree trimming companies, however you may not ultimately find it's worth a $300 savings to compromise the end result. The arborists were great at evaluating the integrity of the very mature tree adjacent to my home, which is important during this current trend of California home owners insurance companies summarily dropping insureds for simply having a large tree on property, under the unethical premise that the insured is too high of a risk.

Again, I highly recommend Evergreen Tree Care, and believe their quality on all levels is very good and very professional. Paige was highly knowledgeable and inspired confidence which resulted in my decision to use their services. Christian (who is renowned) completed the work-plan drafted by Paige, and he did a fantastic job! I have received many compliments on the great work done by Christian and his crew.

We have had fantastic experiences with Evergreen Tree Care, Inc. They have removed two extremely large trees for us, one in a difficult location and so large that it required a crane. Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, experienced and responsive to our questions and concerns. Evergreen came to our home on several occasions to evaluate the trees, their locations, and the equipment needed to do the job safely and correctly. Each team that came to do the work was outstanding. Our neighbors praised their work, courtesy and professionalism as well as the immaculate condition they left our court in when the work was done. Super knowledgeable and professional. ETC helped us take good care of our heritage oak tree after a branch fell and came back to do some trimming and bracing. We were really thankful for the expertise they shared throughout the process.

Highly recommend Evergreen Tree Care! We had a multi-trunk Gum Tree split apart and fall down in heavy spring winds; part of it was resting on our backyard fence and dangling into neighbor's backyard. Also needed routine trimming done on other trees.

We received a prompt visit from an arborist, who carefully examined the trees, and took extra time to recommend plant health care for 2 aging redwood trees that are starting to decline.

We had the tree removal and trimming done yesterday. The crew of 4 did a fabulous job, and were friendly, polite, and professional. Split/fallen tree removed, and the trimmed trees look great. The clean up was pristine, not one piece of branch left. They even cleaned up our entire driveway, including under the carport!

Christina in the office was fabulous to work with, in getting estimates to us, and scheduling the work during a very busy time for the company. Their online client account system, which includes estimates and other job information, was modern and very easy to use.

Will definitely use Evergreen again, and will schedule plant health care for the 2 redwoods later this spring.

Evergreen Tree Care cut down 5 very large redwood trees for us. It was a difficult job but they were very careful and very deliberate in taking the trees down and out. This company is very professional and has all the equipment to get the job done, done quickly and at a very fair price. Very good people...I highly recommend them. I've also hired them the take care of my biannual tree care. Thank you Gary, Scott and to all that helped on this job.

They came and fixed my willows they were so overgrown that the branches were breaking everywhere. Bid one day and did it the next. Clean everything up beautifully. I highly recommend them.
