Great communication, on-time service, it was a big job and they completed it successfully.

My dryer would no longer get hot. I called for assistance and they were able to send out a technician same day. Technician was able to identify the problem immediately and made the repair. I highly recommend them.

Repair coffee pot very efficient on time

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Nadia the manager has NO IDEA WHAT she doing when it comes to customer service. This company is NOT VIKING AUTHORIZED REPAIR SERVICE PROVIDER so before working with check if they are authorized repair service. We started our repair service on our Viking Built in Refrigerator 11/8/2023 with Ivan the tech ordered the part 11/10/2023 replaced the part 11/21/2023 charged us $900.00. The refrigerator still did not work right. Ivan came back 11/24/2023 and said he needs to order another part, we have been calling for update on the new part very week with NADIA. Today 12/18/2023 I called again this morning - THE PART IS BACK ORDERED and will shipped today. In the afternoon I called again after talking to VIKING. Viking asked if they can get help get the part so called again at that time Nadia said they have the part but NO SERVICE Time UNTIL 12/26/2023. Going into Christmas dinner with 25 people and NO WORKING Refrigerator. NO STARS, LIES AND VERY BAD SERVICE.

Warranty service call due to Viking stove top ignitor not working properly. Ivan came out and quickely assessed the issue. They ordered the parts and kept us updated on the expected arrival. When Ivan returned, he did a great job in quickly changing out the parts, making the entire process a great experience compared to other appliance company's I've used in the past. I will be calling them again when needed.

The best experience ever. I got referred to these guys by my friend as I didn't trust all the online companies that advertising they do Sub Zero repairs. The service man did an excellent job. He identified the problem immediately and fixed my refrigerator. I would definitely call them again if needed.

Ivan came out today to help us with the freezer, refrigerator, and oven repair estimate. He was kind respectful and thoroughly explained everything very well. Very good experience.

My Liebherr refrigerator noise was diagnosed correctly by IVAN--He knows his "stuff" when it comes to hi-end appliances. Once the part came in, IVAN returned and installed the new fan. Now the Liebherr is working quietly. Many, many thanks IVAN for a superb job! Michael at ServiceON was very flexible setting the appointments required for my repair and he also followed up on both appointments required to solve my problem.

Very professional company that has well trained technicians

Really really good service visit. Ivan was awesome. Went above and beyond the service call answering all of my questions regarding all of our new Miele appliances. Also, he was prompt and efficient and extremely knowledgeable about all of the appliances.

I had a warranty service for my dishwasher and the company contracted with ServiceOn for the repair. I was lucky that this company had availability next day. The repairman arrived on time but unfortunately was not having a good day. Not congenial and unsmiling. We have a built in appliance that we didn’t realize would be difficult to pull out. He was at the point of saying we needed to get the installer to get the appliance out as it would require detaching it from plumbing, which he wasn’t covered for. But Miele only allowed their trained service providers to install so I would just be redirected toward ServiceOn again. We felt caught in the middle. But appreciated that the serviceman persevered and did complete the repair. He said he only gets 50 min per appt and he had 10 jobs that day. If that is correct, it is over an 8 hour day without commuting time. Our appt was well over the stated allotment so I empathize with a salaried employee but my husband and I were very relieved when the encounter was over. On a followup call from ServiceOn the next day, I did let them know how the appointment was. Thankfully the repair seems to be working at time of this review.

Ivan worked on our dish washer. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He did a great job fixing our machine. He carefully explained the cause of our issue and even gave us advice on best practices in using our Miele machines.

I called to schedule an appointment to check the freezer. Provided the manufacturer and model. Appointment was scheduled but nobody showed up. Nobody called.

Ivan was great. Very knowledgeable and informative. Prices have yet to be seen, as I’m waiting for an estimate .

LG OE error code - not draining. Apparently LG washers last 12 years but drain pumps last 6. Luis had the whole thing back in business in 30 minutes - I suspect he's done a lot of these. ServiceON is legit, Luis is legit, and LG is adequate.
