Fast, friendly, reasonably priced. I was able to get an appointment super fast, and Aleksey did an amazing and thorough job fixing my dryer. This will be my go-to repair service from now on!

There was poor communication from the representative ( Girl )who answered the phone. She ended the call before the conversation was finished. The location shows as Pleasant Hill, but when asked, she responded that they don’t serve that area, which was confusing and unhelpful.

I needed service on my Samsung refrigerator and they were able to schedule me right away. Steven the Service Technician was efficient and explained what he was doing and what the problem was. He had to order a part and would return to install it as soon as it came. I appreciated being kept informed and being notified that the Service Tech was on his way. I will use Chip Appliance for all my future appliance repairs. A great company to do business with!

Our oven was having an issue reaching the correct temp and the broiler was not staying on. We called and they were able to get someone to us quickly. The repair man, Egor, was great. Very kind, explained what was going on, fixed the oven and then we checked all the temps together to make sure everything we needed to be fixed was complete. Great service.

Hi-5's Steve did a thorough diagnose and found that a filter clog was causing the float to stay activated and keeping the water from running. All other functions were ok and I learned a few things from Steve as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any appliance repair work.

Steve with Hi-Five Repair went above and beyond to assist us with our repair. We bought 2 new Samsung Wine Refrigerators almost 2 years ago. While they both ‘refrigerate’ properly the electronic read out went out on the then the other in the first year. We contacted Samsung only to find they were not supporting that model yet with replacement parts. I’m sure Covid did not help. Months later I contacted Hi-Five (only repair company that would work on the Samsung) and he said he could find one but not both of the parts we needed.I said we would wait until her could get both and repair at the same time. He called me a month later to say he had been checking and found the 2 parts. He came on time, did the repair quickly and was very pleasant to deal with. Could not be happier with our repair. Thanks Hi-5 and Steve. Will use you again!

The tech who came to fix my Whirlpool washer was great! He was on time, professional and seemed knowledgable about the brand and common issues with it. We were able to get our washer back up and running that same day. Definitely recommend to use their services.

Wow, how many businesses do you find with 5.0 reviews? It is well-deserved. He was easy to contact, responsive by email, even on weekends. He showed up on time, works evenings if you prefer that. Was very thorough, explaining when he finds problems that you were not aware of. Suggests simple cheap fixes you can do yourself, rather than just suggesting you pay him more to do simple things. Very competent. Works methodically. And east to talk with. Quoted reasonable price up front. Highly recommend. (p.s. he replaced the rubber seal on a front loading washer).

Steve is a gem!!! He came on time, professional, smart, savvy and saved us! He came to fix our fridge, saw that we should have it under warranty and recommended that we call Electrolux to fix it since it would be a pretty penny to fix himself. Also, he assured us that this should not happen to our less than 5 year old fridge. However, if the warranty does not cover (which i’ll find out tomorrow), I’ll be calling him back to have him fix it. Second, as he was on his way out, i asked him about my gas range because the left front top would not start, i’ve been managing without it since I have a 48’’ range. He looked it and fixed it. Then he reminded me that i said something about the griddle having problems. He looked at it, recalibrated it and it FINALLY worked after having worked only 1 time in 5 years. He is just salt of the earth, goodness in humanity. I would bring him back in a heartbeat for anything else in my house. Hi-5 is 10 stars!

I called Hi-5 Appliance Repair after my oven stopped working. They were able to send someone within HOURS! Steve was the technician that came out and he was super efficient and did an AWESOME job! He was friendly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and even had the part in his van! So, I discovered the problem and had it fixed the SAME DAY!! I'd recommend Steve and Hi-5 Appliance Repair in a heartbeat! Thank you again guys!!!
