We've used Hi-5 Appliance repair for a rental and they were fast and communicative with our tenants. We will surely use them for all of our maintenance needs.

Our Bosch dishwasher kept stopping and displaying a "water tap" error. Our worthless home warranty service twice unsuccessfully tried to repair the problem. Once the warranty expired we called Hi-5 and its representative correctly diagnosed the problem as resulting from a faulty water sensor. He ordered the needed part and installed it a few days later. The dishwasher now runs perfectly.

Steve was awesome!! He fixed my fridge and saved me from buying a new one. He also converted my stove from natural gas to Propain. He has great customer service, always on time, responds to messages, and very polite. I highly recommend him for your next repair.

Super knowledgeable and very professional. Fixed my thermador microwave. They do not work on trash compactor, but listened to the problem and observed and told that it's a small part change and can be done easily and also went above and beyond to give me the part number. Would highly recommend

My built in microwave started making popping sounds. I originally scheduled a repair person from Angie, who charged, quite a lot, to tell me that the motor was fried and to get another microwave. The challenge soon became finding a microwave (my profile GE was discontinued) that fit the dimensions. No options, no plan B. I searched for microwave repair technicians and saw great reviews from High 5. Steve was on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem AND had the parts. He really made my day and my microwave is fully functional. I sincerely could not be happier with the outcome!

I was amazed at how quickly Steve was able to diagnose and fix my dryer. I called him at 4:30 pm, he was at my house at 7pm and had it fixed by 8 pm, yes, he came after regular business hours to get my dryer repaired. He is a true professional! I will absolutely call Hi-5 again, thank you Steve.

Steve was very professional and dedicated in finding a solution to fixing my ice maker. It took several house calls due to ordering parts but he never gave up And even fixed an electric burner on my stove. His pricing is fair and he is ethical and will not take advantage of the situation. I would recommend Steve for any of your appliance issues.

Our Ice maker quit working in our 2 year old refrigerator. We made an appointment with Hi 5, nice to talk to a real person. The technician showed up on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. Turns out the door was cutting the wiring with every opening. It had severed the wires so bad that there was very little to work with. Sorry I can’t remember the guys name but he told us about it And showed us the wires. He said he would try and solder the wires but there was not much to work with. He said if he was successful it would be $250 if not $85. He was here ~ 1 1/2 hours and was successful in the repair. He also fixed the area that was rubbing on the wires so it shouldn’t happen again.

Bottom line is , it was Nice having a knowledgeable young man come in and do some honest work.

Believe all of the 5 star ratings! During the recent extreme heat days, our AC went on strike. I left a message for Steve on his website on a weekend, thinking that I wouldn't hear from him for several days. He reached out to me on the Monday and when I described what I did on checking the AC problem, he suggested what might be the issue. He was able to schedule a visit that day, and fixed it. He offers a great warranty for the work done; good pricing, and excellent communications about what caused the appliance problem. Trust all of these excellent ratings. He's the best.

We have been having a hard time looking for quality appliance vendor to dispatch our work orders to, not until we get connected to Hi-5 Appliance Repair. They respond to work orders well and what I love the most is their proactiveness and effective scheduling. They are indeed professional and they do quality work! I highly recommend them.

We were very impressed with Hi-5 Appliance Repair. Their base rate for an in-home consultation was lower than any other option we researched. They were punctual and knowledgeable. Our dishwasher, which hadn’t been draining and so was out of commission for over a week, was fixed in less than half an hour. Highly recommend!

Its always so difficult finding a good fridge service technician!!! But Hi-5 was was easy to schedule, very knowledgeable. I contacted them based on a number of great reviews I had read. We had Steve come to properly diagnose fridge issues. He was very informative and honest about all aspects. In the end we opted to replace fridge bc the repair would have been very costly. Definitely would recommend Hi-5!!!

Steve from Hi-5 Appliance Repair was top notch. He found a way to fix the filter in my Thermador Refrigerator and worked hard to find a solution that would save me money every month for filters. I would highly recommend him. Very professional service.
If any else needs fixing I will hire him to fix it.

I was very pleased with the service I received. They were prompt, explained everything and repaired my oven.

So happy I chose to have Steve at Hi-5 come out and troubleshoot my refrigerator. My refrigerator had been making some very odd sounds intermittently. I actually recorded the sound and sent it to Steve and he was able to determined the likely part that was the issue. Steve came out with the part installed it, but then determined that the source of issue might be the logic board instead. Of course we couldn’t replicate the issue when he was here. He gave me some additional tips for further troubles hooting and sure enough a few days later I confirmed the problem is the logic board and not the damper. Steve is a smart and honest appliance technician who could easily have installed the part that would not have fixed the issue. I plan to have Steve come back out and replace the logic board. Fair, reliable, honest, methodical and an expert technician. I would highly recommend hiring Hi-5 for help with any appliances issues.

I chose hi-5 because of their excellent google reviews, and they did NOT disappoint, now I’m adding another positive review. They were fast to respond, fixed the problem in one day and were very punctual!

Steve did an excellent job. He took my range apart to find the problem but was unable to fix it because the part it needed is no longer available. I would hire him again for any repairs I need. Very honest and knowledgeable.

Steve is excellent ! When I first called him regarding our washing machine having a leak coming from under the machine….he suggested that I carefully clean the front loading door, as that was often the cause of a leak, to avoid a service call. The leak continued, and he then came to our house. A part needed to be ordered; and as promised Steve was back 2 days later with the part, and the leak was fixed. Steve always called right before the time he was to arrive. He is very professional

We had a reach in refrigerator that was not cooling efficiently and another one that was not cooling at all. Steve came out the next day and did an excellent job of diagnosing the issues and we worked together to come up with a plan so we would be back in-service for an upcoming event. Steve was knowledgeable, personable and a real pleasure to work with. Hi-5 will be my first call for future appliance repairs.
