I called Victor today morning - we had a leak at the fridge at home. He came in same day and was able to identify the problem immediately. In addition, I asked to do the maintenance and he was able to do it fast and with a high quality. Highly recommended and would definitely use Victor’s services again!

Nearly paid a diagnostic fee for a service they don’t even offer.

Do not recommend.

I provided photos, model number, serial number, and a clear explanation that this was a GE washer/dryer combo with a known lint design issue. Despite that, they were quick to push an $89 diagnostic visit.

Only after I reiterated that the issue was already known—not a diagnostic mystery—did they state they don’t work on combo machines or clean lint. That information should have been disclosed immediately based on the details already provided.

That’s a problem. This should have been identified before discussing fees. If you don’t read customer details, you shouldn’t be booking service calls.

My Heating unit wasn’t working well and a call on Sunday gave me a prompt and reliable service. They are very professional and reasonable service providers. I recommend them highly.
