Let me begin by saying I've found it extremely difficult over the years to find a strong contractor that has everything you want - a fair price, detail oriented, customer oriented, highly competent, performs great quality work, ethical and works quickly within timelines. I recently did a bathroom remodel and talked to six licensed verified contractors through Yelp. I ended up hiring KCK Construction and Remodeling and they were fantastic! Met all my needs and I couldn't be more happy with my bathroom. I'm now referring them to everyone I know. KCK Construction did an outstanding job creating a new floor entry to my crawlspace.

For decades, the house addition had no access point, but KCK quickly identified a safe and practical location, then completed the project efficiently in just half a day. The new opening is wide, sturdy, and neatly finished with trim for a secure fit. They even rerouted the nearby ductwork so that no utilities were disturbed.

I’m stunned with the results of the projects. The carpentry is beautiful, the lighting on point and the tiling to perfection. KCK managed it all and offered professional advice for layouts, design and aesthetic.

Moreover, I assumed the remodels would be like so many nightmares I’ve heard about from other contractors. Not so with KCK. Crews arrived early, achieved construction goals each day, and worked without extended gaps or wait time in the process. They are wrapping up right on schedule.

Outstanding experience with KCK - great family business. We hired them to renovate a kitchen, but plan to have them come back for a home addition and other larger projects. Highlights are

- Communication and Timeline: They were extremely responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. What impressed me most was their ability to stick to the agreed-upon timeline. They completed the entire project in exactly 3 weeks as promised, with no delays or surprises.

Coco and his team are the best. He remodeled our kitchen, dining room, living room, and guest bathroom. Coco is so easy to work with. They showed up on time and worked efficiently, and the result was what we wanted. He did our remodel a few years ago, but Coco still helps. He saved us by sending his electrician on a Sunday. He also did my friend’s complete remodel of her home, and she was also very impressed with his work. I highly recommend him for your next home project!

I cannot recommend Coco genuinely enough! He helped remodel my store on Sacramento Street, and not only were every last detail and finishing touch beautifully taken care of, but he also finished ahead of schedule, which is absolutely invaluable for a merchant trying to reopen on time.
