Coco and his team at Hexagon Construction are fantastic! I highly recommend Coco and his team. They are diligent, efficient, hard working and detail oriented. They came to work early and stayed until the end of the day. I interviewed several general contractors before we began. I found Hexagon Construction through the recommendation of a friend Maria (see review below). We ultimately chose Coco because he put together a proposal that clearly detailed the scope of work, milestone payment schedule and materials/expenses that would be paid. Our project stayed largely on schedule and on budget. Change orders were discussed and formally approved before Coco moved forward. Coco is a great communicator and always kept us in the loop on major decisions. He also worked collaboratively with our architect and engineer throughout the process. Coco is a great project manager and anticipated the need to order supplies and materials to keep the project moving forward. He was able to find reasonably priced and quality subcontractors which he also managed and oversaw. Finally, he was able to interface and communicate effectively with the City of Oakland inspectors. We are so happy with the final outcome and happy to see our starter home become our forever home. I’d give Hexagon 10 stars if I could!
