Placed an order for online pickup. Easy process to place order and received an email within a few hours that the item was ready. Drive 30 minutes to go pickup order and ir side pickup was simple. Employee brought item out to my car in the rain and put in the car. When I brought it home my handyman indicated that they gave me the wrong pieces so unfortunately I will have to return some of them. Aside from that the process to pickup was easy.

Went in to the store with my contractor to shop for my bathroom remodel. Ran right up to closing with us setting up a purchase order (PO) for tile under the assurance from staff that the items were in stock and would be reserved and held in will call. (The PO had 2 large tile styles and penny tiles for the floor.)

I returned the next day around 11am to pay and was told "the tile isn't here". I was livid and left. What's the purpose of a PO if they don't have the items?

I called the Oakland store and was immediately put on hold, then ignored for over an hour. While on hold, I drove back to the Concord store hoping they'd able to secure the tile in Oakland. Finally, a sales associate was helpful - thank you, Lucas! (The star is all for him.) He rechecked the PO and found 2 of 3 tiles were in stock IN HIS STORE and pulled them for me. He contacted Oakland and confirmed the 3rd tile was available there and would be ready for pick up when I arrived. Off I went to Oakland. When I arrived, the tile wasn't ready, not even pulled from the floor.

Between being lied to about product availability to being ignored on the phone, I would not trust this store again. If you must shop there, do not walk out of the store without your items.

Lauren from Pleasant Hill store was super helpful. I wanted a specific tile and she helped me to figure out the nearest store (Stockton) where tile was available, spoke to the Stockton store to reserve a box of tile for me as store inventory was very low, helped me in placing the order @ Stockton store and refunded my original order that i had place @ pleasant hill location. She truly went above and beyond to help. Thanks a lot Lauren!!!!!

I have the best experience with the complimentary design service by Jennifer Gosiengfiao this morning. She is the best example for how a stellar customer service should be like. She greeted us with a big smile, took notes of all of ideas, and made great recommendations for our bathroom remodeling project.

I also love Floor and Decor store. I have remodeled several bathrooms and I always come back here as the price is reasonable, the items are available so I dont have to wait several weeks for the items to come, there are a wide variety of options to choose from.

Thank you Floor and Decor Pleasant Hill and Jennifer for the great products and customer service!!! Jennifer should get the award of employee of the year.

I wish to commend your manager, Amin, for the way he handled our problem last week. While he was courteous and friendly and listened to us carefully, he helped to replace problematic tiles fast. Also, he guided us in choosing new tiles. He really has a good sense for balance, with the right mix of colors and textures. It was very clever offer and the result was phenomenal and beyond our imagination. Such professionalism is rare nowadays. We advise all buyers who need design advise to consult with him to choose tiles and designs. Thanks a lot.

we visited this store on a weekday around 10am for a tile which was out of stock in Milpitas. The store was huge, very well organized And there were a lot of options. Best part was the customer service. They had patiently explained the types of flooring and gave valuable suggestions. Shoutout to the cashier as well. She made out ordering process very smooth.
I had to call them to edit my order a few hours later .customer support was very responsive and instantly solved my issue. Would definitely recommend to get your tiles here. They are also very reasonably priced!

Lots of choices for flooring. Alot higher then Lowe's and homedepot but a very large selection. Just a quick note: I walked in and 5 employees were close to me and I said excuse me...excuse me, and no one answered me. One girl actually put her hand up to shoos me because a call came over the radio. I did notice the employee furthest from me look at the others and shake his head....I guess it was a bad day to be in there.

I will recommend this store but in the Millbrae location (near by SF airport) their design consultation services are much better and overall knowledge as well!

I went on a Sunday to this store near by Concord, employees were not willing to help.. they asked us generalist question and basically let it to us to make the decisions about what type, material, texture.. “it can be anything you like!”
I ended up purchasing the wrong product, which I learned later at the Millbrae location.

The inspiration and showroom area is gorgeous as the others location as well.

The place was very nice and spacious and my family had a good experience the first time we bought tiles, however my mom and I did not have the best experience. I just wanted to bring this up to anyones attention so it does not ruin another person’s day/experience in the future. I’m all for respecting everyone especially retail workers because it is a tough job, but how can I respect them if they didn’t respect me. We never got approached by anyone at the store despite staying there for at least an hour, but that wasn’t the problem and that didn’t bother me as much. My mom and I asked a worker, I will not name him for respect of him, in the floor and decor shop in Pleasant Hill for help. She asked if there were any of the tiles available and he said he was not sure because he didn’t know the number and said he’ll come back with an answer. We waited 30 minutes. It would’ve been nice if he came back and at least told us he couldn’t find it, but he never did. We just watched him from afar talking to his coworkers. I understand it can get boring because I used to work retail, but at least have the decency to tell us please and not keep us waiting. I ended up finding the number myself which wasn’t difficult because the last four digits were on the top of the tile and the corresponding numbers were on the piece of paper taped. I feel like if I found that after 30 seconds, he could’ve found it as well and told us how much was in stock. The whole time we were there, we received no help besides loading the tiles in our car. We saw him again when we were loading the car and my mom confronted him and asked why he made us wait and how we didn’t want his help. And he said oh my bad I just didn’t. He should’ve contacted us at least so we didn’t waste our time, especially if one of us we’re going to be late for work

Went in there got a bunch of help from the staff! They were really nice and helpful. Definitely won’t be going to Home Depot for my flooring and tile needs! James, Cheryl, and Dustin were all very helpful and considerate. Definitely recommend this place!

My 71 year old grandmother spent over $3,000 on tile at this store and had to return to get two boxes to complete the project she has been working on after her bathroom flooded. The title varied in color so she tried to look inside the boxes to figure out what would match what she put up already. When she opened the boxes she got harassed by multiple employees. They called a manager who said it would be alright as long as she purchased the boxes and then sorted in the parking lot. So she did that. When she came back in the employees (not the manager) told her again that she wasn’t allowed to look inside and if she wants to pick and choose they won’t do that game with her. They refused to pull down more boxes for her and called the manager again. She had to argue by herself for an hour just to get two boxes to finish her project. Especially upset that as soon as our male contractor called on her behalf they were suddenly very understanding and told him that wouldn’t happen. Wonder why they treated a little old lady and a man differently. Never returning and I suggest others don’t.

I purchased my home 11/22 I thought I found a great store to replace my flooring through out the house, walking into the store and getting my merchandise was great . I was told that after the 90 days I could get a store credit if I had to return anything but when I went back to the store the clerk started counting the tiles in the box's and then said it was supposed to be 14 per box and said I was missing tiles from the box it was interesting considering the box's had never been opened. So she took from the loose ones and added them to the box's that she opened and counted the whole ordeal was on believable just for her to add everything up and say I was denied a store credit. I called the number she gave me to be told even with my receipt I will still be denied a store credit I'm giving 1 start because I can't give no stars

I had visited the store several times as I was in the process of remodeling my bathroom. Every time all employees were very helpful! I recall going into the store and being in a panic to finally purchase my floor material because I could not remember my sample choice...immediately Efrain assisted me and was able to identify what I needed. He also was very helpful to load my cart and gather all the remaining items I needed. He was also very knowledgeable with all the products in the store which made it easy for him to answer my questions! Thank you Efrain for your exceptional service!

Jamie, an interior designer, was great to go above and beyond my goals and help me to create an exact look for my bathroom!

We love shopping here! We did our laundry room and now we are doing our master bath. The employees here are always helpful and we’ve never had issues with things being out of stock. Plus, the prices are great!
