    God knows how these guys are surviving with such a poor customer care. Never seen my life with such a bad customer service. They send a guy after repeated calling and this guy will com look charges rocket sceintist's diagnosis fees and then they vanish saying that they would send estimate of the repair.

    We scheduled service at our restaurant for Hobart 40qt commercial mixer. They never showed during their quoted times so we reached to them. We had to rescheduled our appointment 8 times over 3 weeks! We called them numerous times and no technician ever showed up. Finally they stopped responding to us. We had to hire a different company to repair our equipment, and unlike Hobart, they came out the very next day. We were very disappointed and the exchange with this company and it hurt our business.
