Disappointed with our experience after two years of ownership. The machine has had more issues than expected for its age.

Great customer service

Delayed responses. Staff unprofessional. Came out more than three times and my griddle was still not fixed.

3 months call for service and I still waiting for next appointment.

God knows how these guys are surviving with such a poor customer care. Never seen my life with such a bad customer service. They send a guy after repeated calling and this guy will com look charges rocket sceintist's diagnosis fees and then they vanish saying that they would send estimate of the repair.

We scheduled service at our restaurant for Hobart 40qt commercial mixer. They never showed during their quoted times so we reached to them. We had to rescheduled our appointment 8 times over 3 weeks! We called them numerous times and no technician ever showed up. Finally they stopped responding to us. We had to hire a different company to repair our equipment, and unlike Hobart, they came out the very next day. We were very disappointed and the exchange with this company and it hurt our business.

This company is absolutely abysmal. They rarely pick up their phone, appointments are almost half a year away IF THEY HAVE ANY, and once they schedule you in they don’t even show up. They came and fixed my 140qt planetary mixer, I spent close to $6K on service charges, and within 3 months the machine stopped working completely. They didn’t answer any of my emails or phone calls for a follow up appointment. Shady business practices. Thankfully now there are other Hobart servicer in the Bay. Good riddance.

Our viking range repair was needed when the controls became unresponsive, making it difficult to cook. It added stress during already busy days. The technician replaced the control panel and tested all functions. The range is now fully operational again.
