I've been fortunate to have Steadfast work on my ceiling rebuild. They have different teams coming over to do heavy lifting work or just check and monitor. Their manager Addison has been clear in communication and easy to find and talk to, and also quick to reply, so that i can always stay on top of things. Their construction team is really professional, always show up on time, took good care of my house (always on shoe cover, get plastic to cover my furniture and carpet etc.), get the work done and help to clean up afterwards as well. Awesome company and awesome people!

I am most grateful for Steadfast Construction Services! I was in a bit of a panic when our house sprung a leak in the attic causing water damage in the walls of one room upstairs and all the way downstairs to our bathroom and wooden floors. Everyone at this company has been so helpful and professional-Marcus, Eric, Addison, Walter and Guillermo. Marcus sent Walter out that Sunday to mark the wet areas, set out fans and start the drying areas. Guillermo came over to open up the walls to dry everything out. He was very professional and kept the area he worked on very neat and contained. I appreciate Eric working with our insurance company and I know that they will help restore our house. They have helped make a difficult situation easier to handle. I highly recommend Steadfast!

From the day I called they immediately called back, came out within a day to assess and quote and began working diligently to ensure work was completed before I hosted 35 people for Christmas Eve. Their pricing was fair, quality of work by the team, especially Noel who did the majority of the job, was outstanding and they worked with me on payments due to current circumstances. Steadfast team was very professional. Eric was very communicative and explained the process to me. We had to get our floor dried out and replaced and they completed the work in time and accommodated all our requests. They minimized the scope of the work compared to other water restoration companies were telling us which saved us a whole kitchen tear down and build up.

I have worked with Steadfast across many of my properties and have always been impressed with their fair pricing and excellent workmanship. Their team is highly professional, and everyone I’ve worked with responds in a timely manner. This particular project involved parking striping and lettering, and the painter did an excellent job.

My business is in a commercial/residential condo building. When the upstair neighbor’s pipe leaked down into my unit it caused quite an amount of damage. The HOA sent over
Steadfast to assess the damage and start working on it. I had an important work event coming up in 2 weeks so I cannot tell you the amount of stress I was under. Addison at Steadfast was excellent in communication! She scheduled each step that needed to be done, informed me as to the approximate time they would need and knew what materials were needed. Every single person who came to do their part showed up on time, did an excellent job and communicated well.
I have to say that I’ve been in this building almost 16 years - this is our 4th water damage situation from the upstairs unit- Steadfast is the first company the HOA sent that completed the restoration of my unit not only in record time but with excellent customer service.

I found steadfast when I was in need of water damage ceiling repair. I was able to set up a service appointment through google messaging online while watching NFL, very convenient. Eric inspected the damaged area with a quick visit to my property. Guillermo, Jorge and Fernando arrived Monday morning the next week and removed all damaged areas in under 6 hours. They wore shoe covers and created effective containment spaces with plastic. There were 0 debris left over from the removal process. I had to go to work so they called me when it was completed, and they locked the house up for me when they finished. Great Service. I also used Steadfast to do the patch work after the removal process. Chris was just as professional as the 3-man team with creating containment with plastic eliminating any dust or contaminants spreading in the rooms. He replaced the dry wall, insulation and finished with texture application to match the existing ceiling.

Steadfast provided by far the smoothest repair service I have used in the 24 years we have owned this property. Their professionalism is above any other home service company I have used in the Tri-Valley area.

Update: on 2/25/25, I worked with Steadfast Construction again to rebuild another area on the exterior of our unit after some plumbing work. Noel and Hetzael were the on-site techs. They did a great job, were professional, understood what needed to be done, and cleaned up. Scheduling with Addison & Analaura was fast. Steadfast is very dependable. Thank you again, Steadfast!

Eric from Steadfast was very helpful and managed our whole project. We had a water pipe burst and he took care of the whole thing including coordinating with insurance providers to make sure all documents, pictures, invoices and such were submitted on time.
