A few years ago, my HOA helped me connect to Steadfast to address a roof leak in one of the room in my home. From the very beginning, they demonstrated efficiency and reliability. Their project manager/coordinator promptly scheduled an appointment, and their team quickly arrived to contain the leak and initiate the drying process. Throughout the project, they provided timely updates, clearly outlined the next steps, and ensured the repairs were completed to my satisfaction.

More recently, I required documentation of the repair work for a prospective home buyer’s disclosures. Once again, Steadfast exceeded expectations—when I reached out, Analaura promptly provided the necessary documentation for future reference.

Steadfast Construction is exceptional. Team members are smart, talented and efficient. They are professionals and it reflected in the outcome of my job. They moved quickly to address water damage from my roof and replaced the ceiling and matched up the paint to perfection. They are also very clean and tidy and left my home much better than they found it. I'm grateful to Steadfast and recommend them highly.

Steadfast had a good reputation already and they lived up to their name. The gentleman who came out to fix up our home were friendly, professional and highly skilled- Chris, Miguel, Hugo, Noel, & Cesar took the time needed to get the job done well. Addison, Analaura and Chris kept the project moving forward and getting it done quickly considering the extent of impact, and couple of add-ons to upgrade our kids room. After our builder grade shower developed a leak and mold within the crevices of the caulking that was beyond repair, we decided to just have it ripped out and replaced with a custom one. What made it a little difficult was the decking for the soaker tub protruded into the space of the shower. So I wanted a partition wall between the shower and the tub.

Went online and did the usual quotes. I think we had about 7 contractors at our house giving us quotes. One came in super low and one came in at about $35k. Which was ridiculous for the scope of work (IMO). Anyway, Eric and Steadfast came in and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work. On top of that, Eric was personable and was really down to earth - which is really important when choosing any service oriented business. I remember one dude from the competition sounded like he was ready to sell me a Toyota and walk me to the finance office. It was not fun talking to that guy.

Ended up going with Steadfast and work started in less than a month. The demo team came in and worked fast. In less than 2 days, they had the place cleared. I picked up all the finished materials and left it for them. Workers were super efficient and loved that they laid down drop clothes over their walkway. Felt a little bad as there were some hiccups (as always in any contract work) that increased the scope of work.

Really really happy with the end result. My favorites are the jigsaw feature wall (which seemed like a bear for them to lay) and the linear drain. Always wanted one of those! Feels really custom and after more than a year, we can finally enjoy our shower once again. Bad thing is now there is so much space, I'm gonna need a big shower head. Even more $$$!

Steadfast is a very reliable company and I highly recommend them. I mostly communicated with Eric who is very knowledgable and patient. We had a pretty hard time deciding on a few renovation options and Eric gave us some ideas on what the finishing touches would look like. He was very flexible with changes on the way to the final product which was a peace of mind. When we had concerns or questions, he was responsive and never rushed us or the work. Unfortuanately, I am not happy with the pictures I took so I won't be posting any lol. I have so far recommended Steadfast to two people and will continue to do so. I can say that Eric and Steadfast went beyond my expectations.

Eric was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He arrived right on time and was very courteous. I really appreciated how accommodating he was of my working schedule. He did a great job and made sure to leave the place spotless when he was done.

We had a bad leak from between the walls and we had the great folks from Steadfast come and start remediation right away. They worked on it after HOA authorization.
Guillermo was the lead tech on our job, and his helpers were Jorge, Ramon, Hetzael.

Steadfast staff was extremely professional, attentive, and proactive. They brought a lot of ease during a very stressful restoration project. Guillermo and his team worked diligently to keep all areas contained, clean, and organized. Addison was proactive with scheduling and everyone arrived within their promised timeframe.

I hope to never go through this experience again, but if I do have to, I would definitely rely on Steadfast to get the job done!

These guys were great. They showed up promptly to board up my garage after a car crashed into it and then came back to remove the plywood a week later perfectly coordinating with the garage door company when the new door was installed. They were on time, fast and efficient.

Our house had a leak caused by the fire sprinkler problem. Steadfast coordinator Analaura sent Guillermo to inspect and he locate the leak immediately. Then Steadfast sent Guillermo and Thony. Their work was professional, courteous, and completed in a timely manner, and I am very satisfied with their service. Strongly recommended.

The team at Steadfast Construction is Top Notch... very fast communication, willing to hear my concerns out, and implemented a smooth and efficient repair on our Sheetrock water damage. Chris (Tech) came out and was professional, kept the area clean, left it clean. he did an amazing job on the job itself and was very proficient and just a solid worker. I highly recommend them to anyone. I met them originally when they did work on my dad's condo for similar water damage due to rodents cutting into the water lines. they did an awesome job there too and kept it going with my job at my rental in Dublin. We recently hired Steadfast team for water restoration and for renovating our bathroom and kitchen. Eric & team were very professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire project. Their construction work was neat and organized, and they kept the workspace clean and well-managed, which we truly appreciated.

I’m very impressed by their speed and quality of work done in one day.
This demolition, and rebuilding was a muli-phase work and all of Steadfast teams were professional and delivered quality work.
