Team 6, Janeth and Fabiola did an amazing job at my home! We had our first service two weeks ago and these women were so detailed. We previously had the Merry Maids from Antioch, and they were not anywhere as detailed as the Molly maids. We are so happy with the work Janeth and Fabiola did, thank you ladies!

We've been using Molly Maids for ten years, and Daysi and Maria (Team 9), exclusively, for over three years. They are friendly and know exactly what to do in an efficient and thorough manner. It's also very easy to work with Athziri, who answers the phone and schedules. This company is a pleasure to deal with, and we will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. Very poor service on move out cleaning, cabinet has dust, fan was not clean, vacuum was not done properly, corner were missed. They left the house unattended, didn’t even wait for review

We have been using the Services of Molly Maid for a couple of years now. they do a thorough job cleaning, vacuuming, and dusting around our home and are very efficient with their work. We always have the same team providing this service for us, Angelica and Liliana are friendly and pleasant and consistently do a great job. Thanks Molly Maids!

I don’t usually post, but I’m posted on Yelp and I posting here. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this company. Initially, I was hesitant, because I had never had anyone in our for this type of service. My husband and I are up in age and we can’t “clean clean” like we could in the past. The initial visit went very well and their policy was clearly stated. The team I started with was Daisy and Marie, and will continue with, is a Fantastic team! Very professional — punctual, efficient, courteous and just good. In addition to vacuum and mopping, they dust window seal, door frames, doors, baseboards, shake rugs, they MOVE items and trinkets and dust the trinkets! They dust the tv, dining chairs… I can’t say enough to say/show how much we appreciate their service.. .. So, if you find that you need a little support with house chores, or you a a love one, older mother, sick member of the family, I suggest you give Molly Maid < don’t take my Daisy and Marie spot (:

Daisy and Maria Team #9 These ladies come and clean our house every two weeks. They are lovely, they come in saying hello and notice changes to the house, they even notice if I have lost weight or got a haircut. Not only do they clean the house but they tidy my clutter as well. They are a pleasure to have in my house and when I had a dog they remembered her name and never let her out. I highly recommend this company and this team.

I had heard amazing things from my friend using the East Contra Costa branch - I hoped for the same experience. I made an appointment for an estimate on Tuesday - no one showed up or even called. I called at the end of the hour to ask if someone was still coming, which got sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail and still have not heard anything back two days later. I find this wildly unprofessional and won’t be using their services because of this experience.

As a young family, keeping up with the demands of cleaning can be challenging (to say the least). Thanks to my amazing team, this is a major, laborious task taken off my list and I can focus my time and energy on my children. I don’t have to worry about straightening up before they arrive, they go above and beyond to ensure a tidy house by putting away toys, folding miscellaneous towels, and organizing odd and ends left around. They bring all of their own equipment and are amenable to the specific needs of our home. They adapt to our evolving needs, handling each request with grace, always striving to accommodate our preferences. They communicate well in English and I feel confident in their understanding of any new tasks I need accomplished.

The central office is responsive to scheduling adjustments and feedback. In the event a member from my team is not available (out sick, vacation, etc.) they will send a replacement, but there is always at least one of the original team members cleaning so they can instruct and guide the replacement(s) regarding the specifics of my home.

Our housecleaning team isn't just a service provider; they've become an integral part of our household and have grown with our family. They are trustworthy and dedicated, and their unwavering reliability, expertise, and genuine kindness make them truly deserving of the highest praise. We couldn't be more grateful for their hard work and the invaluable peace of mind they bring into our lives each week.

Team 9's Daysi & Mary have been a consistent and stable part of my home maintenance. I see them at our regularly scheduled cleanings, they know my house and how I organize things. They do such a great job at every cleaning, I really appreciate them!
