This company meets almost every cliche for bad quality and poor service. Over promising and under delivering seems to be their moto.

Our entire landscape had been professionally done 20 years ago, by a group that did many homes in the Pasadena Showcase. Everything was top of line, including brass landscape lights.

Well after 20 years, we had an aging sprinkler system and some landscape lights that were failing. I asked them to update the system and replace much of the backyard plants. Of course they came in with what seemed to be all of the right ideas (Drip Systems, New Lighting and Durable Plants). Fast forward to completed project and we have plastic lights, drip lines that look horrible and don't disperse water to many of the plants. It's been less than a year and lights are flickering, plants are dying and to make it things worse, Casa Verde keeps making appointments to come out and tune up the system only to miss everyone of them.

Garden center not taken care of in the Pomona store I prefer the garden center in Upland.

Extensive supply of everything you might need, but the staff are hard to find, which makes it difficult to find what you may need in such a large store. Good garden section too.

It's ok needs more verify or local plants the are native to California because they look really nice.

Was helped right away. Got what I went for, also grabbed some beautiful sunflowers for my pregnant daughter. She loved them.

very pleasant experience employees are very welcoming you always find someone if you need help with product or helping with large items to placed in your car.

The misting system area was extremely unorganized and a lot of "returned" boxes. The prices were ambiguous and one item we had to take to the front for a price and then I ran back for more. We observed workers in the garden area in redundance talking. There was a "manager" directing a girl who was talking the a seemingly extra person. Maybe this extra person could organize the different seasonal areas for customer ease. We came home to work on our project, in the heat, to find we had bought a mister plug instead of a misting head because it was so bad back there. I would say we spent 25 mins in the area sorting items and still have to come back to return incorrect items.

I found what I needed!
Seems to be pricey. Just need to fix my garden hose and couple other small things almost $30 bucks?
