We had a musty smell we couldn’t pinpoint. Their carpet odor removal fixed it completely.

Leaving this review on behalf of my mom who could not stop telling me about how good of a job Eco Green Carpet Cleaning did. She even showed me some pics. I never saw the place look so good. Wish she had done this back when I lived there.

I’d forgotten what color the hallway carpet used to be. The difference after cleaning is shocking. It actually matches the rest of the house again.

My loveseat sofa looks the same. 1st he gave an almost $200 price to clean it when on the website they ofter $69.
After he came on the middle for $99 I regret it.
Is like I threw my cash to trash. He left all my floor wet. Sofa wet.
Horrible job.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I called them to do 2 small rooms. They said it was going to be 30$ per room. Fine. “Technician” came. Showed up in a locksmith car. Quoted me 300$ for both rooms. They were dirty so I said ok. I’m not trying to take advantage of people. He said he was going to take off the stains. He didn’t. He only did the steamer, not the brush machine. He said he doesn’t do that when I asked him. I’ve had my carpet done before, I’m not dumb. He’s supposed to use it, he just provides bad services. His steamer machine was dripping all over my dining floor and he asked me for a bucket (he doesn’t have one) and my towel to take care of the dripping. I had to throw my bath towel away because it was full of the steamer water. He didnt remove any stains just smeared it all over the carpet. I told him if this is the best he can do and he said he won’t do anything else. I told him to not do the other room and he still charged me $120 for being there 30 minutes, not removing stains, using my bucket, and my towels. I paid him cash and he said he was going to email me a receipt by last night. I’ve called twice and they haven’t provided me a receipt. They keep the money and don’t put it in their taxes more than likely. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. THE WORST.

Would not recommend Maria. She wanted to clean my house with shoes on. So I asked if she could put shoe covers on and she said I will just leave then. So I said well since you are already here you can do the work since I also needed cleaning services. Then she rushed to do the entire house in 2 hours. She used her dirty rags on everything and left marks. Didn't use any products even the one I provided her. Hairs were still everywhere. And when I asked her to clean those things she got mad and threatened to call police. Ridiculous. I asked her if she wiped all the furniture she said yes and I was like nothing is moved, it's the same and she got angry about it. In short please save your money and time. Call her if you want infect your house with dirty rags. Now I have to pay someone else to do the job right and disinfect the house.

Amazingly good work! Would definitely recommend! Her & assistant were friendly, professional, good prize and did magic work on my messy apt before return to landlor under 2hrs!(even cleaned greasy oven 😯!!!). Was a life-saver when I was too overwhelmed with cleaning after my move. Will be calling back for next services or regular house cleaning I need. Great job Maria👍👍👍

This was my first time using her services and she was amazing, great price, on time, very pleasant and does not use a mop she cleans the floors on her hands and knees .. very hard worker thank you Maria. Will definitely be a returning customer.
