CA Arbor Care has been doing tree pruning for our arboriculture consulting company for about 10 years. They always do an excellent job. The office staff and field support staff are always pleasant to work with.

Arbor Care Inc takes care of all of our trees for Claremont Unified School District. They have done our maintenance and trimming, removals and stump grinding and our routine yearly inspections for over 8 years! They are very professional and safe on and off our school campuses. They respond fast to any tree emergency we might have. They are the best!

We have had California arbor care providing care to our yard for the past couple of years. Crew number two is absolutely fantastic! They are knowledgeable and willing to answer questions as they maintain the trees. They work quickly, efficiently, and professionally!! The trees look great and they left our yard so clean. They also made sure to clean all clippings from our neighbour’s yard. I can’t say enough about what a great job the crew did!! If I could give them six stars, I would ask for seven!

They did a fantastic job pruning Old Brazilian Pepper tree five year ago and today they even surpassed that experience. There are not enough stars in google to rate them but I am thrilled and because they are a certified arborist , I am confident my tree is thrilled too. Team 5 led by Ramero were assigned - I mostly interacted with him who I found to be extremely friendly and little bit funny - a quality I possess myself and admire greatly. Lupe in office was also superb. All good in this company!

We even decided to add on services for our neighbor’s property at the last minute, and they were incredibly accommodating—adjusting their schedule on the spot without any hassle. Cal Arbor has been taking care of the trees on my property for years. They are very professional and do a great job. Recently I had an emergency situation where a very large Pine tree was blown over by high winds and was blocking my driveway. I contacted them early in the morning and they had a crew there by late morning. They had this huge Pine tree removed that day. I was very impressed by how fast they took care of this. Nina and Lupe organized everything and they kept me updated during this whole process. This company has the resources and expertise and the right people working for them.

Over my career working in property management, most all of my Associations use California Arbor Care and I would always recommend them! They never disappoint, their team is always professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable about proper tree care. They take the time to do the job right while also making sure everything is cleaned up beautifully when they’re finished.

As a business owner myself and as someone who grew up in a successful family owned business, I was disappointed by my experience here. While the management team (Laura, Ivan, and Cat) present a professional exterior, I found the actual environment to be unprofessional and lacking in transparency. From my perspective, it felt like the appearance of pseudo professionalism was prioritized over genuine integrity, which may explain the high staff turnover . Based on my background in business, this is not how I believe a reputable company should be run. If you value transparency, I'd suggest looking elsewhere
