Michael has been my friend for 3 years. We got a new computer system from him three years ago. It's working well this year. Michael was able to get me back up and running as soon as I called.

Moses Martinez and the partner he worked with did a fantastic job replacing our old storage tank water heater for a tankless unit in our attic. This was an excellent job, especially considering the difficulties of the conversion as well as the time and effort required to do it professionally. They also replaced water softener using the same method. The high quality of their work is something I would like to acknowledge and thank again.

We lost our heat in the middle the night. It couldnt have happened at a worse time! They were quick to respond and got it fixed before the house became a freezer. Total lifesavers.

**Newest Update! ** I will keep my original rating because this company's care over the years, from the last tech that came to see me to sending me a new technician (days after the previous one) has been mind blowing. Lalo's knowledge, sensitivity, and thoroughness are all outstanding. We were thrilled to have him come out. He checked everything out to determine the exact problem, and offered several solutions. He explained all clearly, wore shoe covers upstair (we just got our carpets clean- so I was touched by this) and was a very humble individual. The owner of the company was incredibly kind and helpful. While I had an unpleasant experience with my first technician, this does not reflect on the company. The company was excellent and they made it right. Thank you.

1 Star- Waste of $89. The tech did literally nothing. Tech did not investigate the AC leaks or why upstairs was not receiving enough airflow. The technician said they don't have experience with AC systems like mine. Even though it is only 2 year old. He was trying to think of excuses and sounded incompetent. This was a waste of both time and money. He had a 5-hour time frame for his arrival, but the AC was off.

It was necessary to repair my home AC unit. The technician examined all parts, repaired the refrigerant leaking and tested airflow. I appreciated his clean work and the system now works as new.

I own 2 minisplits that we used for a garage apartment that was remodeled and a separate guest suite. Both systems are Gree. Most big AC companies don't care or are untrained about these systems. JR's was a few years back and he knew how to work and service them. I'm only calling him for the minisplits - he provides a fast and efficient service. You are welcome! !

The Cooling Company offers the best customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone is so friendly, from the people who answer your calls to the technicians who come to your house (especially Justin & Edgar), everyone is easy to deal. They are polite and do not try to sell you anything. They are excellent.

Same day service! They arrived quickly to diagnose both my A/C unit and furnace. We found the problem and then ran to town to get the necessary parts so we could have our A/C and furnace back up the next day. We couldn't have been happier with the service we received!
