My unit went out of service, I called Engineered Comfort, a gentlemen by the name of Oscar received my called, I explained my problem with my unit and he told he will send some of his workers the same day. Engineered Comfort came thru and fixed my unit. I'M A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER ! THANX ENGINEERED COMFORT.

Summer in Cali is always hot as usual in the summer, had one room in my house that would just not cool down. Gave them a call since they are local to me, spoke with Oscar the owner, very polite and courteous. He came over with a few of his techs to diagnose the problem. Turned out I had a duct that had been stepped on and crushed restricting airflow to that one room. They just happened to have the correct size duct with them and it was repaired in under an hour. Room was instantly cooler! Great service and very honest. I will recommend them to anybody!

I asked for a quote on Sunday evening and by Wednesday noon I had a whole new AC unit. I was given a range on a high level quote and the firm quote came within the set range. This tells me these guys know what they’re doing. The scope of the work replaced the heat pump/air conditioner as well as the air handler in the living quarters. I was given a whole new door for the air handler. Also, a thermostat was included in the installation. They installed an electrical line with protective conduit. The job required a crane to deliver the unit and remove the old one. There were two guys working on the roof and two guys working inside the unit. They showed up at 8am and by 12:30 they had completed the work. They set up runners to cover the carpets and left the area clean. I was also given a tutorial on how to use the thermostat. I would absolutely recommend the services. I purchased a Goodman 2 ton unit.

In the middle of summer our AC stopped working. Turns out the condensate pump connected to the system was broken causing the AC to shut off. I replaced the condensate pump but the AC still would not run. Engineered Comfort came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. A previous owner jerry-rigged the old condensate pump so the technician correctly installed the new condensate pump and the AC is running fine. The technician was very informative and helpful. I would highly recommend!

My air conditioner stopped blowing cool air. I got a recommendation to call Oscar at Engineered Comfort. A team was sent out immediately to assess the repair on Friday. I ended up replacing the entire unit. A team of very professional & kind men showed up at the promised time on Monday. There was two men working inside my home and two on the roof with a crane. They worked very well together and completed the work in under 4 hours. Not only did they take great care of installing the new unit, they were very careful with my furniture. They covered my wood floors and very carefully removed the old unit. They cleaned up everything and left my home spotless. They took time to explain to me what was happening, how to work the new unit. I was working from home and when they realized I was working, they even tried to lessen the noise. I am highly satisfied and will gladly recommend Engineered Comfort to everyone. They made me feel extremely comfortable and I completely trust them and their work.

I recommend reading this before hiring Engineered Comfort HVAC Company.

My condo is in Diamond Bar, and I hired Engineered Comfort (EC) to install a brand-new unit in the Spring of 2021. When Summer came, I had to call EC for a repair. Just a few months after the install, the unit would not cool the house. EC came out and had to add Freon to repair the unit. Winter came, and EC had to come out to repair the HVAC unit again. In the Summer of 2022, the same issue, EC came out to repair.
I had many conversations with the owner of EC, They would not admit that this unit could have been installed incorrectly or that the unit was damaged. I told them that it is not normal for a brand-new unit to have this many issues right away. The problem is that the unit is only used about 4 to 5 months out of the year, so detecting the issue is sporadic.

In the Winter of 2022, the heating portion of the HVAC needed repair, and again in the Summer of 2022. EC had to come out to repair the unit in 2023 and 2024 as well. In the Spring of 2025, I contacted EC regarding the same issue. The EC Company would not accept responsibility for a faulty, leaking unit. As of today, the EC Company has stopped all conversations with me.

I have had issues with this new unit for the past four years, and EC would not stand by their warranty. Do NOT hire Engineered Comfort! To date, they have come out to repair my new unit over 7 times since it was installed. My many conversations proved that EC will not take responsibility for their faulty work.

I had no choice but to hire another HVAC repair company to fix their mistakes.

I booked an HVAC inspection service. They checked everything in detail and suggested improvements. Very helpful service.

We contacted them when the temperature inside didn’t match what we set on the thermostat. The technician checked the calibration and adjusted it properly. After that, the system started maintaining the correct temperature.
