Neil's vent experts were great! Needed my dryer vent cleaned so I called yesterday and they came out same day within a few hours. It was so nice not having to wait, their fast response is supper appreciated!!! The guy that came over was efficient and super friendly.

When you have pets like me with two dogs and a cat, you would think the dryer vent would be full of fur! I was right! The guys from Neil’s vent experts were very understanding as they showed me how the pet dander gets into the vent and how it continues to circulate air throughout the dryer when it is in use. There has been a considerable difference in the house. There is less hair on the floor, the air smells much better and the vents no longer have the gray tufts of dust inside. The guys were very friendly and did not mind the dogs getting curious about their tools. They were quick to complete the job and very thorough in what they did. I am so relieved to have them and I would definitely do it again for my home.

Between washing muddy gardening overalls and heavy chicken coop blankets, our utility line takes a serious beating from all the debris. This crew brought out an amazing high-powered vacuum for the vent cleaning and left the whole area looking absolutely pristine.

So guys there are a lot of good air duct cleaning companies out there and then there’s Neil’s vent Experts. You guys wouldn’t believe how great they are. You know why? It’s cause of the work they put in. I never imagined there’s a big difference between the air that I’m feeling from before and after I got Neil’s Vent crew did the job. Never will I go to other companies for I already found the one for me and that is Neil’s.

Neil's Vent Experts did a great job. I had just moved in and wanted to be sure the ducts were clean and safe. They were professional, friendly and took the time to explain answers to my questions. They installed permanent air filters which are better and will save time over the long haul. They also found safety issues with the dryer vent and will be coming back to fix that so there's no fire risk.
