Barbara is a professional from start to finish. Very responsive to my inquiries was willing to provide realistic guidance on what was ACTUALLY needed. I never felt that she was over-selling the work and she noticed things I (and previous cleaners) had never thought of! I will be using her again and recommending her to friends/family. Mason from Zerorez was friendly and did a great job. We were called ahead of time to let us know when he would arrive. Mason was prompt, respectful knowledgeable and reviewed our order, then explained what he would be doing. He also went over for safety reasons that the Carpet would be damp and to exercise caution especially stepping from the carpet to a hard surface. We talked about laying down towels on the hard surfaces so no one would slip and hurt themselves. Though the carpet would be damp, it should be dry within 12 to 24 hours as long as we ventilate the areas well. Just a few hours in that is what’s happening And it looks like the Carpet will be good to go tomorrow. We had it cleaned in the morning. Also there was no lingering odor or chemical smell associated with the cleaning. The Process they use does agitate the carpet to knock loose dirt in the fibers. Mason put in extra effort in areas that were worn. We appreciate the great job done here and we will gladly refer Zerorez in the future to anyone that needs their services. Dillon did an amazing job. The carpet looks better than I had expected. He also gave me boots to wear until the carpet dries, which is thoughtful and i am thankful. Matthew and Moses were great! They were on time, efficient, and even offered me a discount. Matthew was knowledgeable and helpful with my area rugs, and suggested I let him take it into the shop for a deeper clean and he will deliver it back to me at no extra charge. Super professional and efficient!

We have used Zerorez to clean our carpets multiple times over the years. Every time our carpets are thoroughly cleaned & look rejuvenated. They are always professional & on time. The employees have always been polite & showed care about completing the cleaning to customer satisfaction. Great company & employees.

Call experience was great, tech scheduled me on time and same day. The tech vacuum cleaner Matthew ruined it -he came aggressive, no listening skills and loud, with no willingness to help the customer, he just wanted to get job done and project he is the boss. I sent him back home because it was awkward and made me feel unsafe, then the company sent 2 other friendly techs the next day that listened and asked questions, they explained the process throughly and made the experience better.
If it wasn’t for Matthew, this review will have 5 stars, yet consistent training and quality personal integrity will benefit the customer and company overall. I am not asking to go an extra mile, treating clients with integrity is the standard.

The reps were on time, quick, did a great job and were super friendly. Pricing was extremely reasonable too. They were able to do an estimate and a cleaning within 24 hours. Couldn’t recommend them enough! We will be back! (The was a commercial job for our office)
