Had a pipe leak in the garage at 9 pm. Called Michael in the morning. He responded very quickly/ came and fixed the leak . Did a great job. He obviously has a lot of plumbing experience. . Explained everything. Cleaned up nicely . Very nice individual .. highly recommend his services…

We had a toilet problem that wasn't really urgent to attend to. We called Michael of First Priority plumbing, and he came over right away.
Michael suggested a couple of options, and luckily my husband was able to fix the problem.
We have no doubt, if and when a plumbing problem occurs, we will call Michael. Highly recommend him.

Michael was really responsive and even tried to walk me through solving my issue on my own. When I wasn’t able to, he came out and fixed it quickly at a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be calling him again next time I have a plumbing issue.

Ryan led the team that dug up our front yard and replaced the main service line for to house. Clearly, he has a lot of knowledge, skill and takes great pride in his work. Could not have had a better experience. They protected everything and took no shortcuts. When finished, the front yard looked as good as it did before the started. We're very happy with the total experience.

Nick Papatsos and assistant Eric came at scheduled time frame, he was very courteous, knowledgeable, he fixed my clogged double kitchen sink within an hour. He also gave me reasonable honest estimate and pricing (compared to other company’s estimate). Thank you for your excellent service and support! I’d highly recommend them to others. And will use them again for any future plumbing projects in a heartbeat.

Needed a water pressure regulator checked as it was some 15years old. Was able to make an appointment next working day. Communications between the office, me, and the plumber were excellent. Plumber arrived on time, did a thorough check, had the parts on hand and did the job.

Highly professional and very competent. My in-line water heater stopped working on a cold rainy day. I called All American Plumbing and they do free estimates.JoJo was dispatched ASAP and diagnosed the issue directly with the manufacturer, determining that the parts were under warranty. The manufacturer sent the parts and JoJo returned the same day that they arrived to install them. The only delay was the two days that it took to receive the parts. I would definitely call this company again. I’ve had a lot of experiences with other plumbing companies. All American Plumbing is definitely going to be number one on my list.

all american plumbing was super responsive and quick. they were the first available company to come out after hours with a very reasonable rate (it is free of charge to come out after hours). worked with both Johnny and Dalton and they were very responsive, knowledgeable, and nice/friendly when speaking. super helpful in explaining the issue. would highly recommend!

First, I love that everything was communicated via text and email once my appointment was set, they also send the name and picture of the person that would be arriving. Next, Jojo (Cuevas) was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was patient and reassuring, explaining the entire process to me. We went over possible options and discussed what would be best. He even provided other educational information aside from fixing my kitchen sink that was clogged and leaking.

Kevin and Avitas did a great job of replacing our new kitchen sink. They were prompt, professional, fast and friendly. We had gotten three quotes for this project from different companies and were very happy we went with All American. We contacted All American Plumbing to secure a free estimate on an outdoor drain cleaning due to water backup on our patio during the deluge of rain over the New Year. We contacted them on Monday for an appointment and had Justin here by Wednesday to assess the situation. He determined that our best course of action was to Hydro Jet our drain line to clear out any blockages. He clearly explained the process, how the hydro jet works, pricing and answered all of our questions. We decided to move forward with the service that day. Throughout the service call, Justin explained what he was doing, showed me the blockages that he found (2+), ensured the line was fully cleared of debris/roots/sand, and then used the camera to run the entire line to show me that it was cleared, as well as a small area of the pipe that had a crack. Once finished, he ensured that the area was cleaned of all debris, we were happy with the service and e-mailed us an invoice/paid receipt with photos. We would use All American Plumbing again in the future and would recommend them.

Iain and Cody did a great job on several tasks that had built up. There was no upselling. Their recommendations were made to keep the costs down while supplying me with exactly what I needed. A bonus is that when I called their number, an actual person answered. Amazing. I hate leaving voicemails and just hoping for a call back. I reached person, made an appointment that fit my schedule in just a couple days. I’m always using All American from now on.

About a month ago I had a busted pipe in my upstairs shower, and after calling a few places and getting a few quotes, I went with All American Plumbing because they were the only company that didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t need. Their work was good, honest, and very well priced. A couple weeks ago I got another leak in another part of my house and didn’t hesitate to call them again as I knew I’d get superb service. If you’re looking for a trustable plumbing company, they’re the way to go. Make sure to ask for Elliot and Charlie, they were super honest and helpful the entire time, and have earned a lifelong customer with me!

I was a bit dubious of the rating for this company as I have never seen a 5 star rating at over 1000 reviews. I can’t comment on if they pay to remove negative reviews to uphold that rating I will only comment on my experience.

The 2 technicians that came out did a great job.
On time, assessed the situation. Recommended a fix that seemed reasonable. They didn’t have the part on hand so they went out to get it and came back. Wore boot covers the entire time which is much appreciated. Whole ordeal finished in well under 2 hours.

I had a bunch of questions about the fix and other things around the house and they were very helpful and honest in answering them all.

The price was a tough pill to swallow but I don’t have a frame of reference on what a job like this would cost as I didn’t shop the job around for different quotes. So I can’t comment on if they offered the best price. At most I can say it wasn’t egregious.

Overall it was a good experience and I am happy with the work done. I would recommend them to others.
