Joseph is an excellent plumber and person. I had an emergency at place on July 3rd, most of the plumbers were busy, joseph accommodated me in his busy schedule. Also his charges were very reasonable compared to otherss. And once he completed the job he charged me less than price quoted as it did not take much time for him to fix the leak.
Definitely will recommend him

I used Silva & Sons Plumbing to repair a hot water leak in the bathroom floor. Joe and Joey came within the hour, check out the problem, presented how they are going to fix the problem. They gave me an estimate that we agreed on. They professionally fixed the problem to my satisfaction and in a satisfactory length of time. They were alway courteous, very considerate, gladly answer every question I asked, explained their job and very clean in how they work. They did a very professional job and I will call them again if ever I need a plumbing job done. I highly recommend them to my neighbors, friends and anyone who needs plumbing service.

I was impressed with how quickly this team showed up to repair what I thought was one leak under the toilet. Upon inspection, they found another leak from a valve that was behind a plaster wall. After a good dry out, they came back and installed a new vanity sink/ countertop and faucet, replaced the toilet (without damaging the tile), and upgraded the very old pipe system under the sink. At least after these repairs I can say this bathroom looks great! They both were very professional.and now I know who to call for future repairs in my old house!

During our kitchen remodel they discovered issues with our drain pipes and advised us to the state of our pipes. We asked for a quote and they had a very reasonable price which we accepted. The work was completed as scheduled and professionalism. Great team to work with.

I suspected that I had a slab leak. I called Silva & Sons. They don’t do leak detection, but recommended another CPL. After CPL came out and found the leak, S&S was very responsive in coming out to visit my home to ascertain what would be necessary to complete the repair. They recommended a reroute of the leaking pipe. Joe gave me an estimate the same day and due to the emergent nature of my leak he scheduled my repair for the next day. S&S was very professional and found a solution to a very tricky pipe reroute. They were very strategic about how the opened up the drywall and kept the openings to a minimum. Another very important thing to me is that they did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was done. Finally, they offer a military discount. Silva & Sons has absolutely earned my business when I need plumbing work in the future.

These guys are very good at what they do. They came late at 4pm to help with a leaky main and stayed until 8pm to get our water supply back on without charging us for late work (like so many others would do). They even followed up first thing in the morning to make sure everything was okay. Very professional, clean trucks and equipment, cleaned up the worksite, and took the time to explain little detail about the work. I really appreciate these guys!

We experienced our first water leak and plumbing problems this past week and we had no idea who to call. Our neighbor gave us Silva & Son's contact info and we immediately contacted them and they were quick to respond and very professional! Joey even came by on Thanksgiving day for a repair! We are truly blown away by how much they value us as customers and we are beyond happy with the services they provided us. Fantastic service. From the quote visit all the way through the completion of the job, the Silva’s were on time and extremely professional. They had to cut through our dry wall to replace our shower and they made the cut so clean and extremely easy to repair. I got 4 different quotes and their pricing was also the best. I will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs in the future.

I called Joe Silva and Sons Plumbing and was able to get a repair appointment the very next day for a non-emergency repair. Great communication and they even showed up early. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Very fair pricing. I not only recommend, but will definitely be using them for any future repairs or new installs.

I purchased a tankless reverse osmosis system to take the place of purchasing Fiji drinking water. Aryan quoted a price to do the install and even though it turned out to be a little more complicated than anticipated, there was no extra charge. Aryan and his brother were professional and engaging. They explained exactly what they were doing every step of the way. And they had the necessary expertise to drill the faucet hole through our granite countertop. All in all, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend them. I will, most certainly use them for my next plumbing project.

Just had my second experience with Joe Silva and Sons Plumbing. On both occasions, they were personable, professional, and did exactly what they said they would do. In both instances, they made our life better with their recommendations and professional installation of a whole house filter, RO filter, water softener, tankless water heater, and shower valve with a new shower head.
Joey and Aryan made make and model recommendations on all of the items they installed. In every case the products have surpassed our expectations. They keep up to date on the latest equipment available. They chose the best value of equipment for us to use. The most expensive is not always the best, and their recommendations fit into our budget.

Plumbers are the cardiologist of the home. If you’re having “open heart” surgery on your likely most valuable asset (your home), you want nothing but the BEST surgeons. Joey and Aryan are just that. Combination surgeons and artists. They take tremendous pride in their work product. They are meticulous in their planning and execution. Every step of the way they keep you fully informed and take as much time as you need to answer questions and provide options. Extremely likeable guys, and true professionals in every way. At the end of the day, you don’t feel like you’ve been taken advantage of. They are fair and reasonable. This is the third time we’ve had them work on our 1954 built, cement block construction home, which presents many challenges. They over-came them all! This project was by far the most extensive. A complete re-piping from the street meter throughout the entire home, along with a water softener and under-sink Reverse Osmosis water filtration system. Due to the construction materials of our home, much of the plumbing is exposed, in the garage, under the outside awnings and poking through into bathrooms and kitchen. This made their attention to detail and eye for aesthetics especially important. They did not fail to impress. I find myself going into my garage just to stare at their work. It is truly impressive. I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone would be lucky to have a trust-worthy and competent mechanic, accountant, lawyer, physician, electrician and plumber. You can “check-off” the plumber box with Joe Silva and Sons Plumbing.

Couldn’t be more happier with these 2 bros, they are super friendly, communication is on point and they do excellent work! Came out to our place in Ramona and fixed a terrible install that a contractor left us to deal with. They knew right away what the problem was and had us back up and running in no time. The 2 brothers have made multiple trips to our home over the past few months, always professional and friendly, even towards the end of a long work day. They’ve installed a tankless water heater, a new toilet, pressure regulator and fixed an emergency leak outside. The new toilet ended up having a small crack and after diagnosis, they replaced it for free. We recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
