They took care of us very well. We had an issue with a toilet line not draining properly, and they came to fix it. It clogged again within a few days, so it was clear we also needed a new toilet too, but they came back out to fix it anyway. Highly recommended service and we will call again.

Trash company… they can't make any schedule for their Clinets.. You have to wait all day and after they gonna say sorry that's normal and that happened with our services all the time… rude, unprofessional…
Finally they cancel out appointment because we asked about discount… that's red flag for the company…))))) crazy…

We gonna send claim about our situation to BBB and Contractor Licensing Board…

We’ve used them for the last couple years. We’ve received fair and honest feedback on our mainline to our house and they have the best pricing around. They clean up after themselves like they were never there.

Ordered a New Buyer Home Inspection service. We had an excellent experience with Greg, our technician. He was extremely helpful, his communication was clear and he really knew what he was talking about. The clients had an understanding of the condition of the drains and were able to negotiate repairs based on his report and the USB recording of the camera film of the lines. I will use them again when the need arises. Thanks Greg!

5 Stars just isnt enough! These guys saved us on Thanksgiving! All toilets were backing up with a house of 50 people. We called, they showed up within an hour. They were polite, considerate of our party goers, and got the job done quick. The price was affordable (like their name)! We appreciate them, and will refer them over and over again! So I made an appointment with Affordable Drain for them to come out and snake a toilet and shower drain. Kyle and Jesus showed up on time and even called when about 30 min away to let me know they were on the way. Kyle took the time to listen to the issue and to do some investigating, they were very communicative. They offered to wear boot covers so our just cleaned carpets would stay that way. They were fast, efficient, and offered up some great advice as to how to avoid future issues and even pointed out some preventive things we should do to avoid problems down the line. The cost was quoted upfront (which I thought was reasonable) when we made the appointment and nothing changed at end of the appointment, they were right on the money! Definitely a 5 star experience, Thank you Kyle and Jesus!

We had a plumbing issue with the downstairs toilets getting plugged which was causing other issues. I put a call into Affordable and they were able to be there within and hour of the call. Super efficient and a great crew were sent out. They had the problem fixed in no time at all! Will be calling on them in the future if and when needed!

Ryan came out to look at our house due to the sewage smell. We had just moved in and he was able to find the places he thought the smell was coming from and also took a video to show what was happening with the sewer.
