Yesterday, Kyle and Jesus came to my home, because 2 toilets backed up and the clean outs were overflowing. They went to work right away and at the same explained to me every step of the way what happened and what they were doing. I am happy with the services. You can tell that they are honest and work hard to get the job done and to help you fix the problems. They did excellent job, and I appreciated it.

I call Affordable Drain any time I have a back up issue and they are always prompt, thorough and do a quality job. Yesterday, service tech Alejandro Murillo called immediately after I had ordered service and arrived within 20 minutes to clean out our clogged line in the kitchen. He was very professional and thorough and after completing the work, showed me what to do with the sink weekly in order to reduce oil buildup from rinsing dishes and explained how the buildup had occurred. I highly recommend.

Had a slow draining shower and sink in one bathroom. Snaked the main. $190

Water backed up again in sink the same day. They came out a few days later and took the sink ptrap off. But charged another $70.
A couple weeks later shower is backing up again and they quoted me another $170. That’s the same issue as the first call!
No more.

They were able to come out the same day which was nice and the workers were really Pleasant and they even cleaned up after themselves but a week and a half later the problem persisted and when I called them to let them know they said yes we can come out but we're going to charge you. So I was charged $250 for work that only lasted a week and a half.

Excellent service - pleasant person on the phone; equally as pleasant technician. Immediately cleaned the shower and sink clogs and was reasonable in their price. I'd happily use them again.

My upstairs toilet was clogged and my downstairs toilet wouldn't flush. All within 24 hours and we are a family of 5! It was very difficult being down from 3 to 1 toilet. I called around and rates were crazy high. Most plumbers were recommending replacing the downstairs toilet without even seeing it. They said the labor would be a couple hundred regardless so better to replace it. Then I called Affordable Drains. I called at 8 am and they gave me a window of 9-11 am which was fantastic!! Vincent Sean was the technician. He was very professional and clean. He wore booties and cleaned up well after himself. Most importantly he cleared the stoppage for far less than the other companies. He also looked at my downstairs toilet and told me all I need to do is replace the chain in the tank. So this was FREE compared to hundreds of dollars. He even flushed and turned off the valve so I could easily install the chain. He told me the name of the part I needed and advised me to contact the manufacturer (Toto) which I did. So this was extremely kind and saved my hundreds of dollars. So extremely happy at the prompt service, great prices and professionalism! They really went above and beyond my expectations!

This company is fantastic! Same day service and the technician Alejandro was so knowledgeable and spent time answering all my questions. He went above and beyond, explaining how to prevent future clogs and things we could in the future to make clearing clogs even more affordable. Payment was quick and easy and Alejandro even sent a detailed explanation to our handyman to let him know what he found. I could not have happier with the service.

funny seeing how many commercial kudos on this page. since they told me they never claimed to be commercial plumbers. i just needed a main drain cleared, they sent a new hire, 5 hours later, the supervisor comes out, says to the guy ON CAMERA, "if you did it right in the first place", yada yada yada...claims the main is fixed, but causing 5 more issues that i had to pay a PROFESSIONAL to fix after going without water for 8 days... then the owner (i guess, he passed me up because i am a woman to talk to someone else), mansplained, insulted, and talked down to me before sneaking out the front door to put a lien on our property. Drain Mob is a better choice, and i did promise "Affordable" i would never call them again. i won't bother with photos of how they left our place of business, as i am sure there will be more mansplaining on the way.....

I got a quote of $10,000 from rotorooter. Called a couple of places recommended on Next Door, both quoted about $2000. Then I got the recommendation from chat GPT for Affordable Drain. They quoted $200, Cody came out and fixed it, and it has worked great ever since. I waited a month before posting this to make sure the fix really worked. I've added them to my contact list under Plumber so I never lose their number. It was a plug in our private sewer line 40 feet from the house.

I had Silva And Sons Plumbing out yesterday to add a kitchen gas line (to convert stove from electric to gas) and repipe my 48 year old gas fireplace pipe. I couldn’t be happier with their work. Joey was very professional and really knows his business. They are licensed, came out a thousand dollars less than a previous estimate and are a local family owned company started by their grandfather. I’m thrilled for two reasons. I am now able to cook with gas plus I have found my new go to plumber. I highly recommend this business.
