Martin Ruiz came out to help us and give us an estimate on our water pressure regulator. He went above and beyond to help understand the work needed and the best price . I was very impressed with his work ethic and willingness to help. You have great employee .

We used Plumbing Plus when we needed to replace our main water line after an emergency leak. Done very professionally and quickly in the promised time by Martin and Cole. Good company to work with.

We have used Plumbing Plus several times for our unit as well as through the HOA for the entire building. Tony is knowledgeable, efficient, and overall an excellent plumber. He answers our questions thoroughly and has done great work every time. We will continue to use Plumbing Plus whenever we have an issue.

I came home from vacation and noticed my water pressure was extremely high. I called Plumbing Plus and Jake came to my home and quickly fixed the pressure regulator. Plumbing Plus communicated with me throughout the day and told me they would be able to come out the same day. I have had them out on a previous occasion to replace my kitchen faucet. They are fast, friendly, clean and efficient.

Tony V did an awesome job for our water heater install. He proposed 3 courses of action and explained the benefits of each. We elected for total replacement to comply with current code standards.
The work was professional and the job site was clean when he left.

Very nice company. They came out promptly to give an estimate. I had a exterior copper water pipe with a pinhole leak right before the pressure regulator. Their technicain (super nice) came out, took photos, sent same into company to generate a estimate. The job was replacing 1' of copper pipe and a handle valve. Their quote? - $ 1,584.77. I called another local Poway area plumber (both loacally based). He came out and on-the-spot quoted me $550.00. One hour later job was finished professionally. Total cost of repair? $550.00. I will use this Poway company again. So, in close, Plumbing Plus was very courteous, very professional, and very prompt. Would have used them for the job had their bid came in reasonable. I have owned 21 homes since 1974, so I know what plumbing repair cost - or *should* cost.I simply was not prepared to pay over $1,500.00 for a 1 hour job. I have always personally believed that consumers should get 2 or 3 bids for any job. I have posted "before" and "after" photos. I want to emphasize that Plumbing Plus technician was super nice, super helpful, and very knowledgeable.

We discovered we had a leak in our house and the floors were flooding due to it and called Plumbing Plus. We were happy that we were able to get someone to come out within a few hours to see what was going on. David and Jared came out to our home, took a full look and had the leak detection people come out right away to figure out where the leak was. They were able to get the leak fixed very quickly and also helped with getting a restoration company out to help dry the floors. They present you with various options for what they offer for a problem and you can choose what and how you address the issue. They were patient and took the time to help explain a lot of things. Super friendly and very respectful.

Initial problem was high water pressure detected by an inspection - regulator had failed. Also small leak detected on main line near the regulator - agreed to recommendation to replace main line from city meter. Corrosion observed on some interior shutoff valves - recommended install of electronic de-scaler and replace corroded valves. All work professionally done in one day by Jason and additional team members, and work areas cleaned before they left. All I had to was write the check. Excellent job!

David Aviles recommended and installed a new toilet, garbage disposal and changed the plumbing under my kitchen sink. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He obviously cares about his reputation and customer satisfaction.

The city needed to turn off our water and warned of possible issues afterwards. We were concerned about our tankless water heater and were advised by the manufacturer that it should be turned back on by a plumber so I called Plumbing Plus who had serviced it a few months ago. I was so happy with a next day appointment!
David and Jared powered the water heater back on and checked our main shut-off. Fortunately they found the pressure regulator was bad (33 yrs old) and our water pressure was too high. They were so patient and kind with my retired engineer husband who had to double check with his own gauge. They replaced the regulator while they were here and everything has been working well since.

After four other plumbers said an undermount sink could not be installed under our kitchen granite countertop, PlumbingPlus owner Mike came out to take a look on Christmas Eve and found a way. After considering the project some more, Mike recommended an even better way to do the installation during a second site visit on Dec 29.

PlumbingPlus plumber Martin came to the house on New Years Eve and completed the rather difficult installation. His work was efficient and thorough and we're really happy with the result.

By completing a difficult job timely over the holidays, PlumbingPlus has made us a loyal customer.

Tony just serviced our water heater and did a great job. He reviewed his service before he started and gave me a complete breakdown of of his service. The job was finished with complete satisfaction. I would have him again if needed.

The technician you sent to my house, Tony, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the job. He was also very kind to my 2 dogs even though one barked at him every time he came into the house. He was very thorough on his evaluation of all my plumbing inside the house and told me what I needed to keep an eye on or what needed attention. He left the area he worked in clean and neat. I called them to get a quote for replacing a kitchen faucet with “one of the same”. They refused to give me a quote over the phone and insisted, same as all others, that they need to see the job. OK

They were pretty efficient in scheduling an appointment and their person came reasonably on time. Good!

However when he came he was looking for methods to get more assignments and put me on their maintenance plan “I need to check your water pressure, I need to check your water quality.. etc”. I hate that!

At the end they were almost twice as expensive as the guys I went with, who were great.
They also quoted me one number and they sent me a different (higher) written quote.

They need to reduce the efforts on marketing and focus on getting their prices down!

My tankless water heater died. Plumbing Plus was everything you want in a contractor: nice, honest, on-time, responsive, clean, and courteous. Jake Berke was my tech and he was thorough and professional. I recommend highly. Additional comment: I discovered a minor leak the day after my Friday installation. I texted Jake (on a Saturday morning) and he came out and fixed it. He had a smile on his face and took care of it, pronto. These guys will have my business as long as I'm in their service area.

Great service from Martin Ruiz of Plumbing Plus. We had a leak in the water pipe coming into our house and he quickly diagnosed it. He had some issues getting the parts but stuck with it and found them downtown. Once he had the parts he quickly fixed the problem. Great job!

We had a section of cast iron drain pipe in the crawl space of our house that was very old and leaking. Jake and Cole came out and quoted the job at a very fair price. They inspected the rest of the house and pointed out a few other plumbing things we may want to consider repairing. There was no pressure at all from them to do any of the repairs. They built individual quotes where we could pick and choose what repairs we wanted done. We selected what we wanted done and they came back the next day and got everything done. They removed the cast iron, replaced it with ABS, installed the new garbage disposal and faucet, and put in new valves. They were professional and did a great job. We've been using Plumbing Plus for a few years and will continue to come back.
