Great service. They came iver and checked out the issues, then gave me a very reasonable price and options to fix the isues. I had then back iut out a few days later to do the work and Martin (with assistance from Tanner) spent the day fixing everything. Then they cleaned up everything. Could not be happier.

Our water regulator and shut off valve started leaking over the weekend. I contacted Plumbing Plus on Sunday afternoon via their contact us form on their site.

Christina reached out to me Monday morning to share availability for someone to come out later that afternoon. 30 min before their arrival I received and automated text with information about a technician being dispatched to my house. Jordan was professional and courteous; he talked me through his assessment, estimated cost and answered all my questions.

Work was clean, efficiently, and ahead of schedule. Jordan took my payment via tablet and photos of the work and invoice were sent instantaneously. I highly recommend Plumbing Plus!

Tony of Plumbing Plus has been taking care of my home and two rental homes for a few years. He’s always polite and explains the work that needs to be done. He recently flushed out my tankless water heaters and noted my water pressure valve had failed. High water pressure can lead to pipe leaks and failed plumbing fixtures. He replaced the pressure valve the same day and did a full inspection of all my plumbing fixtures.

I’ve had to amend my previous review due to some new information. On Friday the water heater tank started to leak in my recently passed 90 mother’s house. I live in Oklahoma and am here working on things. It was installed in January of 2019 by this company and their sticker was on the tank so I called them. It was only 6 years old which seemed crazy that it only lasted a bit over 6 years. I called to make an appointment as was told a repair tech would be able to come out that afternoon which was great since it was Friday and going into the weekend and I needed water. Let me say that the customer service by everyone from the woman who took my call to my service tech Jake was wonderful. 5 stars plus for professional and courtesy. My reason for giving only 2 stars is the price of the replacement. I was told it would be $4533. I thought that was very high but it’s California, things aren’t this expensive in Oklahoma, and it was now 5:30 pm on Friday night so I didn’t have time to call around.
So they replaced it and told me the warranty had run out six months earlier and usually that brand lasts closer to 13 years but my mother hadn’t had the yearly flushes done so that would have voided that warranty anyway. She was 90 so oh well, she was lucky to be able to walk let alone keep track of that. Most neighbors and people I told about this over the weekend said they never flushed theirs and they lasted much longer than that. When I lived in California mine lasted over 20 years and we never flushed it. I told a couple neighbors that it was $4533 and they were shocked. Word quickly spread through the Lake San Marcos community and everyone was talking about it and that no one had ever paid that much for a tank replacement or heard of one costing that much. More several people in here are realtors and own rentals. So two people told six people who told a whole bunch more people snot how much it was and they were all aghast. Needless to say I won’t be using this company again and neither will anyone around here. It’s like they say “ do a great job at a fair price and they will tell a few people. Do a bad job or in this case be extremely overpriced and word gets around to a great many people.” In my case they seemed to do a great job and the people were great, it’s the price that did them in for everyone around here. Apparently it wasn’t a fair price it wasn’t even a reasonable price. Next time I’ll take the time to be patient and call around.

We had a major water leak and we needed somebody fast to stop a deluge of water. Matt really came to our aid and made sure we got someone out ASAP. David arrived shortly after and took care of our plumbing problem fast and did an excellent job!

We had a clogged toilet drain. Martin Ruiz discussed all of our options and helped us decide the best way to move forward. He showed us what he found and helped us understand how to prevent the problem in the future. He told us he will follow up in a couple months. Great communications!

We've been using Plumbing Plus for years as our go-to plumbing experts. We called to have our tankless water heater flushed and Dave did a great job. He also inspected various components of our home plumbing. Dave was friendly, courteous, wore booties while in the house and thoroughly evaluated our plumbing system. We will, of course, continue to use Plumbing Plus and heartily recommend them without reservation.

I had earlier hired Plumbing Plus to replace the broken water main after they submitted the most competitive bid, at a very good price point. This time I used them again trusting the would charge me fairly. The bill came out at over $600/hr, for a bit over 5 hours, 1 person, of work. Moral: I should have asked for competitive bids. The job was very well done -- I am satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism. The main part of the job was installation of an additional valve that stops water from the main after the T to the sprinkler system, adding a pressure regulator for the sprinkler line and replacing the pressure regulator for the line to the home (after the T to the sprinkler line). Also replaced two under the sink valves (quick, minor repairs).

If I could give Plumbing Plus more than 5 Stars I would. David Aviles came in and was so professional, knowledgeable and kind. Really appreciate his honesty and reasonable pricing.

Martin was great! He was very friendly and respectful of our property. Most importantly he went above and beyond to help us solve a longtime shower control panel issue. He also replaced our old rusted water pressure regulator. Our shower now works perfectly and the water pressure is at the correct level.

Jake was very professional and considerate. He explained everything thoroughly and mentioned several options to my toilet problem. I would highly recommend him!

Jake and Kyle were a great team. Professional and friendly. They did so many things that needed to be done. Found source of water leak, replaced some piping and sink plunger. Explained course to be done with options cost and pictures. No problem doing big and little repairs. Highly recommend this team and family owned business.

Martin amd Kyle were very friendly and work fast and efficient! Prices are quite high though. All problems were fixed with 3 or 4 hours.

Jake came out to deal with 3 issues!! All work was done to my expectations! He went above and beyond to locate the hard to find part for my 13 year old shower! He had to drive all over San Diego to find the 2 parts but did! That is called pride in workmanship!! Thanks again! I have used plumbing plus over the years and they never disappoint!!

Jason was great. He helped us get an opinion on another quote from somewhere else and took a second look at our main line. Clearly helped us truly understand what options we had and was able to easily change out the pipe layout below our kitchen sink causing problems on back up. Great work!

David Aviles did a great job replacing a shower valve and copper piping, in addition to replacing three angle stop valves. He was very professional and cleaned up the site before leaving. Highly recommend him from Plumbing Plus.

We had our 14 year old guest bathroom toilet replaced. Tony did an excellent job, explained the process from start to finish, and helped with a couple of other problems at no additional charge! He was efficient and thorough and is a great communicator! He is an asset to the company!!
