I was assigned this repair company by my home warranty company. I took a half day off work waiting for the technician to arrive (4 hour window), they never did. I even called them as the window closed and they said they’d call me back. Never did. Reading all the negative reviews, it makes sense. I think the only way a terribly run repair company like this can stay in business is through home warranty collaborations that feed them business.

if I could give them a negative rating I would. their communication is AWFUL. I went through my home warranty and typically the provider calls to set up an appointment. They never called , I called to set one up and they were booked a week out. Then they told me that they would order the part for my washer same day because it would take 8-10 business days. of course they did not order it. I called almost every day to set up an appointment for them
to fix it, they kept saying they couldn't until the part arrived. I would ask for the tracking number, they would never provide it. I did get a call back after 1 week of waiting for a manager. he was helpful with a tracking number. the part came in, I never received a call to set up an appointment. luckily I called, then they told me they couldn't fix it for over a week. still I have a broken washer and a 6 month old baby at. home. they are AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.

The reason they’re getting one star as they went ahead and canceled my service appointment without notifying me making me wait all day and with no call missed work I had no choice on picking my Company I was using home warranty. They recommended them I don’t.
