Very happy with your service. Although it took a while to get all the parts and get everything installed. I’m happy with the end result which is a refrigerator well fixed.

The technician worked on my dishwasher for an hour and was able to remove a clog in the line. He was very knowledgeable and patient.

Antech appliances came to fix our water dispenser on our refrigerator.
They were helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Our technician was thorough trying to troubleshoot the problem and was clever in setting it up to work while we waited for our part. Appreciate their efficiency and the effective repair. -
Fast friendly and efficient. Fixed a refrigerator another repair guy had come to inspect and said there was no issue. This technician found problem right away.

Had my doubts based on other reviews, but they came thru and so far washer is working well. If anything, my only minor ding is that the part took almost a month to get delivered to them to complete the install, but I assume that was due to supply chain issues in general and not a fault of theirs.
Update:
Antech, I appreciate the follow-up communication and adjusted my review. -
Home warranty assigned Antech appliances to fix our dishwasher that stopped releasing detergent and cleaning dishes... I had positive experience unlike other reviews posted, their customer service was very easy to reach and scheduling was quick and they got the work done as promised. Thanks Andrey the technician who did diligent work to order the part and make the dishwasher work again.

Home warranty / Antech service was great. Jeremy came and discovered the issue right away with the dishwasher. He was able to fix the drainage issue with haste, and also provided some helpful hints on keeping the maintenance under bay..
Thank you Antech appliances -
Antech Appliances, INC. repaired our dryer through our home warranty, and the experience was excellent. The repair was handled quickly and efficiently. The technician not only fixed the issue but also took the time to show us how to clean the inside of the dryer properly, which was really helpful. Communication throughout the process was clear and professional. Highly recommend their service.

I had ANTECH technician fix my front load washer and the technician was quick to identify that the broken drain pump was the problem. He replaced the pump and got it back to working condition quickly. He cleaned up the area after repair has been completed. Very happy with the service and professionalism.

Typically when we look for a company, we avoid the ones who are poorly rated . Such is the case with me when American Home Shield dispatched out Antech Appliances on 10/15 . I cancelled the service call based on the poor reviews. Then I thought well I really need my washing machine fixed and maybe they aren’t that bad after all . I called AHS again and again they Dispatched Antech Appliances. The first tech that was out 10/18 was kind courteous and professional. He told me that I needed a circuit board and he would order the part . On 11/1 he the came back and installed the board and said he fixed it . He was about to leave when I insisted on turning the machine on. The machine was still not working . He trouble shot the issue again and after a long while determined another part was needed on the lid . That was causing the machine to not start . I said fine he left and our third visit a few days later and yet again another part was needed . Please keep in mind I have tenants who need the machine who are being inconvenienced as well . Well so far nothing really good has come from me giving an underdog a chance . I’m still waiting about a month for the machine to be repaired. Will post any updates here as well .
I also hope that because I’m posting this it wont negatively affect their ability to at some point resolve the issue with the machine . Fingers crossed!
Update : 11/15 Technician came out and replaced the part and fixed my washing machine . All the technicians have been kind. The operator was also courteous when booking the appointments .I’m not sure where the disconnect is or why it took a month to resolve.
However , Since they did repair the machine,
My 1 star rating goes to a 4 star to be fair as I’m happy with the fix as are my tenants!
The underdog did come through and I’m pleased with the results.
Thank You ! -
On July 13th, I submitted a repair request through American Home Shield because my refrigerator stopped cooling. Two weeks later, the repair person showed up and spent one minute determining that my compressor required replacement. Two weeks from that date, Antech still hadn’t called me to provide an update on the repair, so I started calling. I took the initiative and called them every day to get a status and every day for four days, they told me “the part is scheduled to arrive at the end of the day.” Every day, I had to call them because they refused to keep me informed of the delay. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to their lack of communication and lackadaisical approach to fixing my refrigerator. One week after filing the complaint, I finally got a repair person to my home on 19 August (5 weeks after submitting the original repair request through my insurance provider). The automated system kept me informed of this, as yet again, Antech refuses to reach out to the customer to inform them of anything. I had my garage door open and was working in my garage, when the repair person pulled up. He was in a personal vehicle, not wearing anything indicating he worked for Antech. He walked into my garage and immediately start messing with the refrigerator and starting the repair. He didn’t introduce himself, he didn’t tell me who he worked for or why he was there. He replaced the compressor, moved the refrigerator back where he found it, and nodded as he walked to his car. Minutes later, he left. No invoice, no discussion on the repair or steps to prevent recurrence, nothing. This company is unprofessional and should not be contracted for repair work. I reserve one star reviews for complete dissatisfaction with no resolution. I am rating Antech two stars because they did eventually get my refrigerator back up and running.

I was assigned this repair company by my home warranty company. I took a half day off work waiting for the technician to arrive (4 hour window), they never did. I even called them as the window closed and they said they’d call me back. Never did. Reading all the negative reviews, it makes sense. I think the only way a terribly run repair company like this can stay in business is through home warranty collaborations that feed them business.

if I could give them a negative rating I would. their communication is AWFUL. I went through my home warranty and typically the provider calls to set up an appointment. They never called , I called to set one up and they were booked a week out. Then they told me that they would order the part for my washer same day because it would take 8-10 business days. of course they did not order it. I called almost every day to set up an appointment for them
to fix it, they kept saying they couldn't until the part arrived. I would ask for the tracking number, they would never provide it. I did get a call back after 1 week of waiting for a manager. he was helpful with a tracking number. the part came in, I never received a call to set up an appointment. luckily I called, then they told me they couldn't fix it for over a week. still I have a broken washer and a 6 month old baby at. home. they are AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. -
The reason they’re getting one star as they went ahead and canceled my service appointment without notifying me making me wait all day and with no call missed work I had no choice on picking my Company I was using home warranty. They recommended them I don’t.

A waste of time..a service rep was assigned by a covered warranty on our refrigerator. After spending 20 minutes, we received a receipt stating he fixed the condenser fan. When we asked what was wrong with it and what he fixed..we couldn’t understand him, asked him again and he became angry and wouldn’t answer. A few hours later the refrigerator started making a super loud humming noise and continued through the night, too loud to sleep through. We don’t know what he did but it was not making this horrible noise before he came to fix it. I would not waste your time using this company. I wish I would have read the negative reviews and requested a different company from Frigidaire.

Antech is used by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. After 3 service calls on my aging refrigerator, I am convinced they are not only inept, but also dishonest. I am 2 months in on a claim, and 3 visits, I have demanded a second opinion. AHS is also part of the problem.
The Antech tech first cut a water line while ‘fixing’ another part, so he had to order more parts. In the two week wait for more parts, the refrigerator started making a loud noise like a spoon in a garbage disposal. When the tech arrived for fix visit #2, he told me that the loud noises are ‘probably coming from the compressor’ but he was ‘not qualified to troubleshoot’ so he would call in the next level technician. Instead of doing so, he fixed the water line and listed my work as ‘complete, with a noise, but operational.’ The noise is so loud it wakes the house when the compressor turns off. 5 days after he ‘fixed’ the water line, the water is once again, inoperable.
I have a second opinion arriving on Saturday. I would never hire this service to work on anything in my home, again. -
TERRIBLE!!! I bought a warranty for a washer/dryer from Lowe’s. When the washer boot tore, I placed a claim. I received a call from Antech, the repair company contracted by the warranty provider, who informed me there was a 50/50 chance the repair would be covered and recommended sending a technician. The technician came out, confirmed that the repair would be covered, and said it would be done by the following week. However, after 2.5 weeks with no update, I called Antech to check on the repair status. They informed me that the insurance company had declined the request. I asked if it wouldn’t have been appropriate to inform me, especially since their technician assured me it would be covered. The representative explained that the technician doesn’t handle this information and that the insurance company was responsible for communicating the denial.
Why wouldn’t they notify me that the claim was denied and offer to do the repair at my expense if I wanted? Absolutely awful service and a waste of time. The cost of the repair is one-third of the price of a machine that’s only a couple of years old. This is a worthless warranty Lowe’s is selling and a worthless repair company they’re using. No wonder they have such terrible reviews. -
The owner asked me to edit my review, since I didn’t explain what happened, so let me explain here. We have a high end Thermador refrigerator, that cost approximately $10,000. One of the drawers, was not closing properly as they are all self closing drawers, the right side was stuck so the left side would close and the right side would not close. I filed a claim through American Home Shield, the home warranty company. When we bought our condo recently, we were given the policy. They gave the job to this company, and they scheduled a call. First issue was no one showed up for the initial call. Then, I got a text six hours later from someone saying sorry I had an emergency and couldn’t make it. Nothing about rescheduling, so then I had to call to reschedule since days went by and they never contacted me. The first technician came, was there for about five minutes, not friendly, and no customer service, and said it was fixed. He left and within five minutes, realized he did nothing and the same issue persisted. We called them back, and they sent another technician. First issue with this technician was he called asking if there was parking for the building and I said no, there was only street parking. He replied saying well there’s no way I am going to pay $20 for parking so if I don’t find a spot then I’m not coming. Wow, now that’s great customer service!! I asked him, doesn’t your company pay and reimburse you for parking for your clients, he said no. Apparently, he did find a spot, so he came up. He was extremely rude, look like he just rolled out of bed and didn’t seem to have ever worked on a Thermador refrigerator before, because he was asking us how do you remove the drawer from the refrigerator so he could work on it. I thought he was the technician and he should know how to do this? After looking at it, he said nothing was wrong. I told him it was not closing properly still, and he said, what do you expect me to do have another drawer for you in my truck? He said he would file a report with his supervisor. He left even though the drawer was still not closing properly. I then get notification from the home warranty company, that the company, this company, reported back that there is no issue and nothing to fix. So, they collect the payment from the home warranty company, but do nothing. Hence my SCAM comment. Now, you can form your own opinion about how this company operates their business and decide if you would like to do business with them.
Just like the other reviews, this company is a total scam. They basically get all their business from home warranty companies, that give them the business because apparently they are the cheapest option. Unfortunately, they send out terrible technicians that are rude, unprofessional, and downright Useless. More aggravation than the whole thing is worth! Total scam! -
Filed a claim through American Home Shield and they sent this company out for an oven repair. They did not answer any of my 4 calls attempting to give them a summary of the issue, and the tech who came out was unable to resolve the issue and asked me if i had a soldering iron to fix it... No follow up after so i call AHS and they work with the company to send someone else out. Along comes Viktor, who smells like smoke and is rude as hell. I try to explan the issue and he ignores me, and tells me the other tech is not reliable. He then tells me the bake feature doesnt work at all. I assure him it does, as we used it this morning. He tells me not to tell him how to do his job and then proceeds to ignore me, while singing as he works, literally. Leaves without a summary explanation, next steps or anything. What a joke

I called this company to fix my parents washing machine. They came and didn't fix it right. I called right way and they said they would call him back, still haven't heard from them and it's been over a day. I tried calling and their phones are not working. My parents are in their 80's and this is elder abuse as this company took their money and didn't fix the problem!

Like so many of the other 1-star reviews, we were assigned Antech by American Home Shield (AHS) to repair our Whirlpool refrigerator. They made an appointment with us for the next day, when a technician came out and replaced the condenser fan. This did not fix the problem. We were required by AHS to give them another chance, and we're promised an appointment 3 days later, on Saturday, to which they did not show. We waited at home all day, but they did not call, nor answer their phones or texts. Turns out they're closed on the weekend. You can imagine how difficult it is for a family to be without a refrigerator and why we would never recommend this business.
To update my review: after their response below asking for a second chance, we had them back....twice. First time they mistakenly brought the same part they had just replaced on their first visit. He assured me the damper was the problem. I asked him to at least look at the fridge to see if the first guy could've missed something or done something wrong, but he said he didnt need to look at the fridge, because he was sure it was the damper.
After waiting for the part to come in, they came back 11 days later and replaced the damper. Refrigerator does not work.
