Techs were ahead of schedule, provided ample notice prior to arrival and performed the repair in a very professional and timely manner.

Quick efficient repair job. Daniel and Jake made it look easy hoisting the replacement furnace through a small hatch in the ceiling. Cleaned up nicely and spackled nail holes shut after removing hatch trim. Gave good advice on keeping vent free of debris (woodpeckers dropping nuts into vent).

These guys are life savers! I had lost all hope the company that had come out before AirDirect told us we needed to completely replace our rooftop AC which wasn’t a possibility for us due to finances. I called air direct and spoke with Vonna and Gary and right away I knew they were honest hard working amazing people who actually cared about their customers long story short Gary and his crew came out and repaired the problem in less than an hour for an AMAZING price needless to say we are customers for life thank you guys so much!!!! Don’t even call anyone else these guys are truly the best! 10 stars

My furnace quit working, and a quick call to Air Direct solved the problem. It was a simple fix, but they diagnosed it right away, fixed it quickly and charged me a simple service call (even though they had to crawl into the attic to access our furnace). I would definitely call Air Direct again if I have a A/C or heating problem. Quick, knowledgeable and honest, a great combination!
