I highly recommend Air Direct Heating and AC. Gary and his team have helped us out several times and are always professional, responsive, and dependable. What really stands out is their kindness. On an extremely hot day, Gary stopped what he was doing to fix the AC at the senior memory care facility where my parents were living. That meant the world to our family. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about people the way they do.

AC went out on 8/16/15 and having a baby and toddler at home I needed to get it fixed ASAP. Contacted Air Direct and on 8/17/15 and Gary came to fix it around 1pm and it only took him 15 min. Thanks to Gary we were able to stay in our home.
