We had to replace the heater and ducting that was original to our home, which was built in the mid-60s. Eddie gave us a number of options for types of systems. We felt completely confident in making a choice, based on all the objective information he gave us. He is VERY knowledgeable, and explained each system in a way that was easy for us to understand. This was a multi-day job, but Eddie and his crew made sure that the work area was spotlessly clean before they left each day, and at the end of their work. The outdoor work for the heat pump was beautifully done! We live near the beach, and Eddie was careful to consider this in determining the right materials and protective covering for a very moist environment. We greatly appreciated his and his crew’s professionalism, and his prices are very reasonable. He will also provide follow-up services. Cruz Comfort HVAC has come through yet again. The best service and pricing for my new HVAC. Eddie and crew were professional, friendly and super easy to work with. Yesterday (Father’s Day) we discovered that our AC was not working. This morning at 8:30 I call Frye Mechanical. They answered the phone immediately and set up a same day appointment for between 2 and 4. Chris came at 2:00, couldn’t diagnose the problem and called Allen. He came over immediately and ascertained that the problem was the 240 breaker. Not only did he recommend an electrician, he called for us and told him what the problem was. By 4:30, the electrician had installed the new breaker and the AC is now working.
Everyone was very professional and I highly recommend Frye Mecjanical.

Allen at Frye is one of the most professional, kind, respectful trades owners I have ever dealt with in my life. Responded immediately to a call for my mom’s AC unit and then came back to inspect a further issue with it. I cannot refer his company and services enough to everyone I know. Do not hesitate to call for repair, service or replacement of your AC or anything else. Later got a new AC & Furnace same week we asked for it and really took care of us!!

I ran several quotes for a heating and ac system replacement. Frye had the best quote. It seems like you get big guy service without the big guy prices. The big guys were more than double the price. It took less than a day and I had new AC. My house is clean and the people they sent to do the job were good guys. The financing program for my new AC was so easy and it took a load off my mind wondering where I would get the cash to pay for this. Overall great experience and so rash.
