I can’t say enough good things about this Service Cowboy Heating and Air company. Our AC went out on a hot Sunday morning and I was honestly expecting to wait until Monday (at best) for someone to come out. But they arrived within an hour of my call — on a weekend.
Rafael was extremely professional, respectful of our home, and clearly knew his stuff. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and — most importantly — didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. Just honest, efficient work.

It’s rare to find a company these days that’s both reliable and ethical, but these folks really impressed me. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family.

The owner arrived within half an hour of my call, quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC, and professionally installed an AC start kit and AC renew. The service was fast, efficient, and affordable. Service Cowboy installed my AC and did an excellent job. Rafael, the owner came over and provided me with all the options of repair vs replacement and gave me the most fair quote among 2 other local businesses. Once I hired them for the replacement, they provided me with regular updates on the process of acquiring the units and other parts. They did the replacement on the date promised and were very professional. Job well done, kudos to the entire team. I will without hesitation refer Service Cowboy to all my family and friends.

I was having issues with my ac it was only blowing hot air so I called service cowboy and they took the job on same day they came out and worked on my ac and had it fixed in no time quickest ac service I’ve had so far and the worker that came out was super knowledgeable about about the ac systems so don’t skip over these guys they get 5 stars from me.

I Could not get anyone to work on my furnace and was getting suggestions to replace my complete system due to being "outdated" . That's until Heating and air stepped in the picture and not only got my system fully running again but did it in a quick and convenient fashion and did not take the easy way out . My respect thank you for being the solution to my problem not a financial hardship

I am extremely busy as it seems everyone is and never reviewed any business. However, I think it is necessary to give a review of Service Cowboy Heating and Air due to their extreme professionalism on all levels of knowledge, honesty, installation and desire to satisfy their customer. On short notice they came to our home on a weekend at 8:00am and worked till 9:30pm. They installed a new A/C and new furnace. I cannot say enough about Service Cowboy that did justice to how good and pleasant they are to work with. One last comment, Service Cowboy is100% truly Family owned and operated from Raphael the owner, Heather his wife and Albert his cousin. I would encourage anyone that needs heating or air service to contact Service Cowboy. Truly a good qualified Team.

Rafael and Heather make a great team! Heather contacted me very quickly after I filled out an online general request for service. Rafael came the first thing the next morning. I communicated that I really wanted a fix and not a full replacement. He made clear that is always his first hope. He checked and confirmed the capacitor was out and changed it, but the pump still would not start. It was a 35 year old system and he was so knowledgeable he knew right away the age and system by looking at it.

He then checked the furnace and showed me evidence of corrosion. He said it might still be good for another couple of years. He talked through all the options of replacement and clearly knew his facts. In the end we did the switch to a heat pump system, he was able to do the full install in one day just two days after the check. This is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them!

My AC stopped working this summer so I called 5 different HVAC companies to come and give me a quote. Luckily Rafael was the 5th and final one. All of the other 4 gave me an insane price for fixing something that turned out to be nothing but a fuse. They were all trying to scam me, but not Rafa! So happy I was able to find a honest person to fix my AC for a good price! Thank you Rafael!!

This company has it going on!

My outside AC line with the freon cracked, Service Cowboy came out same day, low inspection price, had me up and running again same day.
Next day, I had a problem with what turned out to be an unrelated component, which I thought was odd because they had just serviced it the day before.
Rafael came out again and fixed the unrelated issue free of charge.
I would recommend them to my friends and family. This is a standup company.

Service Cowboys are 5 star. They were able to help with our system failure the same day I called. Raphael was awesome and figured out the issue right away. Problem was fixed and very reasonable pricing. Definitely recommend their services.

Rafael was amazing! We needed a new unit installed and he was able to get us a great deal on a unit that was able to fit our house and needs. He installed it several weeks ago and since then there have been no issues with our system and we've been using it constantly. He came out when he said he would, did what he said he would do, and we never felt like we were being overcharge. Definitely recommend them!
