I cannot rate this company highly enough. From the initial scoping/quotes to clean up they were thoughtful, dedicated, and caring. They did a complete demo of an old system including attic duct work and new install of the ducts, system, and thermostat in 1 day! Not only were they quick, they were very thoughtful about prepping and cleaning the space-not a speck a dust left when they were done.

I think most impressively they really cared about the longevity of the system. I work from home so occasionally overheard them make comments like, “this will keep it cleaner, prevent mold growth” or “if it ever needs service doing it this way will mean less to replace”. It felt like they were taking the same level of care as if they were installing a system in their own home which is a level of customer service I don’t usually expect.

If you’re thinking about using Service Cowboy-do it! You won’t regret it.

I called service cowboy because my heater stopped working, the owner showed up within a couple hours and educated me on my system and showed me the parts that failed. He had all the parts in the truck and got my heater back up and running. The owner was very professional , thorough and clean. I will definitely be using them again for my yearly system tune ups!

Rafael and the team did an incredible job replacing our almost 20 year old central HVAC system. He answered all my questions and helped us pick a system that was a good fit for us, including cutting a new vent in a room that was always too hot. His team was polite and professional, and left our space cleaner than it was when they started. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

Our air conditioning went out again and we were able to quickly get service this morning. Rafael was extremely help and friendly. He was able to fix the issues along with finding a family of dead rats in the AC unit. He kindly removed them and we are so grateful for his help. I highly recommend him and will use his services again if needed!
