Was referred to this company through my homeowners insurance as I had to end up completely gutting my kitchen over the discover of lead in my tile. I got the chance to work with Julio Carreon, Julio Guerrero, and Jesus Lopez. They were timely with the work being done, professional, and clean considering how messy the work was that needed to be done. Was also willing to work with any scheduling conflicts I had which was extremely helpful considering I’m 8.5 months pregnant while dealing with all of this! Our home was completely damaged during the January storms when a 70 year old, 100 ton tree came down through the middle of our home. Due to the age, there were hazardous materials that needed to be removed before our contractors could start the rebuild.

My husband met with their Sr. Estimator, Karl and said he just got a really great vibe and positive energy from him. We decided to go with 1-888-4-Abatement and cannot be any happier with the end result. 1-888-4-Abatement is such a great company. Karl is a great guy and worked with us and our general contractor to get the work bid and completed as promised.

The crew was on time, courteous and professional. They were extremely clean during the asbestos and lead material abatement and ensured that there was no debris and contaminants around our property or our neighbors. They were very courteous about where they parked and tried to stay as close to our property as to not disturb neighbors as much as possible. We used 188 4 abatement for some asbestos abatement in our home after a leak was found behind a shower wall.

Bryan and his team were amazing! Bryan came and did the inspection and answered all of my questions even the ones I thought might be dumb :) and as soon as he had approval from our insurance company he had us on the schedule for removal they went out of their way to work with my tight schedule and fit us in the same week.

Felix called the day of the appointment to confirm the expected arrival time and they arrived at that time! He walked through and confirmed the scope of the project and answered my lingering questions and then they professionally and quietly began their work. They laid down floor covering to protect our flooring and Bryan came by to make sure that the the crew had clear direction for the project. I would definitely use this company again in the future for any projects that I need abatement.

Excellent customer service! Asus was amazing. He got me a quote same day and had his crew come out next day to remove old asbestos piping so I can start my customers hvac project. Will be using them on all my projects. The office staff were very friendly and took care of my needs.

Had to hound, to get work started. Wish I hadn't. Not very professional. Had to call california state contractors board to get job resolved. Still fighting after a year, they dont stand by there word for anything. Put wrong shingles on back porch, Roof flashing is coming up now, called wont return phone calls. And they hire not up to snuff employees.

Very responsive and through when I had a roof in my leak during the last storm. I would recommend them highly.

I am very satisfied with the reroof job Zumwalt and Associates did at my Rosemont home. Everything that had to be replaced because of dry rot was tied in very nicely with the existing framing. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a roofing company.

I have a difficult flat roof home, built in the early 50s. I got estimates from multiple big name roofing specialists, and was dismayed at the cost. They also suggested roofing products that were sub standard.
Zumwalt customized my roof with exactly what I wanted, and nothing that I didn't ask for or need. They were on time, polite, and worked around my HVAC guys, all within a decent time to completion. I was very impressed at the results and actually look forward to this coming winter.

These guys were great, we had our roof cave in during the last big storm and this team came right out and assessed the situation, got busy and made sure we were safe and protected while we're waiting for State Farm. Still waiting for State Farm a few weeks later, a few storms later and we're dry as dry could be. Thank you Zumwalt & Associates 🥰
