Very unhappy with quality of workmanship and customer service. Numerous issues and Joe, the owner, told me they would redo spillway issue and get answers for other problems. Never did anything and he or the company never return calls. I am filing a complaint with the State Liscensing Board.

Terrible customer service. Took over a month to make a site visit. Tristan unable to be reached by phone. never responded to voice mail messages or picked up his phone. Waited over 2 weeks without hearing back despite being told initially we’d hear back within a few days. Recommend using another pool company, one more dependable who stands by their words.

I did not have a great experience with this company. Paid for the upgraded service, which included vacuuming the pool. Once I started service, they only vacuumed once and when I asked said they don't really have time to vacuum (only can spend a limited time at each home). Then why have the service category?? Don't advertise service you are not going to do.

Solid company.

Just bought and moved into a new home with a salt water pool and was a little overwhelmed. Called pool time and within 2-3 days the owner Joe Pagluica came out for an inspection. He walked my wife and I through everything we needed to know about our pool including; testing pH, maintaining salt, using our solar panels, the cleaning and maintenance.

He also pointed out small suggestions like resealing our concrete to protect the stamped concrete patio. He finished by programming our automatic settings (which we later lost when a circuit breaker blew - however pool time came back out free of charge to reprogram). We used Pool Time for the initial inspection as well as the repairs and was very satisfied.

I've never used another pool company so I have nothing to compare them too, but owner & technicians were both prompt & professional. Would definitely use them again.

Pool Time is one of the best pool companies around! Service is excellent and they always are available to accommodate other needs that are necessary besides your basic service needs. My pool has never looked better, and I have gone through three other companies. Pool Time comes highly highly recommended!!!
