Unprofessional and no communication at all with this company. Got a quote for pool heater and they showed up for install and the unit was on my side yard and was told it would cost an additional $1500 more then quoted.. They said it was a one day job but they needed to come back to finish the job the next day. When they came back they did not tell us the power was going to be out and turned it out on me while I was working! Twice! They then just left with out finishing the job and told us they were done which was a lie. Then manager calls and says to reschedule for the following week. They come back the next week 1 hour late and finished the job... never said anything after about showing us how it work the unit or asking if we had any questions at all. I emailed the president of the company who said he was going to look into the matter and then never got back to me but I wouldn't expect him to, that's just the way this company operates I guess? My wife will also be making her review soon.

We had a crack in our pool and needed to get it repaired. From the moment they came out to give us a quote to all of our interactions and all the work that the whole team has done we highly recommend them. We now use them as our pool service as well. We have Joey that takes care of our pool and he does an amazing job is very thorough. He is very knowledgeable and has excellent service. The whole team has excellent service and are very professional. I like that you pay for the service as they complete the job when we had our pool under construction to repair the crack. The team that came out to repair the pool would always clean up after every day they were here! The whole team is just wonderful and I am so impressed. Our pool looks so beautiful and sparkly. I highly recommend them for reconstruction/repair and pool services. We are very pleased. I wish I could post before, during, and after pictures.

they are not trustworthy, charged me a bunch of money to continue service from precious owner then spent 15 min saying its in good shape. Canceled service because guy did not know how to set timers or really anything about the pumps. he also spilt a bunch of pool chemicals and sprayed into my bushes and said nothing about it, so i canceled and they kept charging me, had to cancel through my bank

We was using pool time for about a year at first they did a good job cleaning our pool but would never clean our filters even tho they charged us for a full service . But about 3 month ago we started seeing black algae spots growing on the pool floors when we said something about it to the pool guy they said they would take care of it after a month the hole pool turned green. After I had to let them go for my pool being green they turned me into the county for not having a fence around my pool. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY completely irresponsible and never called the whole time time until I fired them

We moved into our new home and were faced with a pool renovation. Pool Time gave us a great bid and Tristen was our project manager. From the beginning, he was straight forward, friendly and professional. We chose our tiles, concrete, and finish from the many options the Pool Time showroom has available. We were informed of the prices and scheduled when the work was to be done. We were met with no surprises at all. Working with Tristen and the crew was an easy process. Each crew was very talented and professional. The crews clearly take pride in their work and left the work area clean. Time was taken to assure we were pleased with each step of the process. We were told what would happen next and the proper care of the pool. Tristen promptly responded to all phone calls. They have excellent customer service. Pool Time was everything we hoped they would be. The pool is beautiful, and we expect many years of enjoyment to come.

I got three pool resurfacing bids and pretty much knew after I met with Pool Time's Joe, the owner, that we were going to go with his company. Joe was very informative and brought up issues that would improve our pool's efficiency. He's been in the business for more then 30 years and was definitely the most knowledgeable! The process took about 2 weeks and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Nina, was in constant touch with us from their office, helping with contract and organization, which led to less stress. Their workers showed up on time, worked hard and always cleaned up before leaving. We chose the Radiant Fusion Micro Pebble Regal Blue, which was applied by their crew who are truly craftsmen. We had some extra sea life tiles added as well. Overall, this was one of the best experiences dealing with a company doing work at our home and I would highly recommend Pool Time Pool & Spa! I spoke with Teresa earlier last week about our pool turning green for the 3rd time since May. I also emailed last Friday. We are now turning green a fourth time.

This has been a baffling situation as we have been customers for more than a decade and never encountered this type of problem before.

It has meant that we have been unable to use the pool at all so far this year.

I personally cleaned the filters a fourth time this week after the technicians came out and finally applied the appropriate chemicals to eliminate the algae bloom.

Last week was the first time the pool has actually cleared up since May. Cleaning the filters and brushing the pool has not been effective. It is now turning green again and black algae is everywhere. This was not the case until this week.

When speaking with the technicians last week, it came to light that our property is at the end of the route. The technician admitted that they often run out of the appropriate chemicals and are unable to adequately provide the service we have been paying for. I have suspected our property of being skipped occasionally for the last year. Clearly it has been happening since May.

As you can imagine, I am disturbed and concerned that this problem is going to continue.

We have incurred a huge power bill running the filter constantly because of this issue which could have been avoided entirely.

I am sympathetic to staffing and supply shortages but we have never been apprised of the situation or informed something was amiss.

We have still not received the pool vacuum bag that the work order was created for on 6/23.

Our phone calls and e-mails are not being returned.

I would prefer not to file a police report for fraud but I am at a loss for how to proceed.

Not happy with their service. Tried to charge me $800 to replace the filters. Got them myself from Amazon (the OEM ones, not knockoffs) for $395, installed them myself in less than 15 minutes. Then they came back the next week and took my filter housing apart, then claimed to clean my filters and charge me a seasonal filter cleaning rate. Moving forward 4 months, they did not show up on Thursday like they normally do, pool is turning green, I checked the chlorine float and there is nothing in it. Need to find a new service. Been with them for 15 years…now done!

I recently purchased a house with a pool. I have never had a pool before and have a lot of questions. I appreciate the techs explaining their cleaning processes and taking the time to help with the pool re-circulation and cleaner scheduling. They helped me understand how things work. They also had the best pricing per service offered. I am happy with how my pool is looking.

We bought a house that needed a complete rehab on the pool. I had multiple companies come bid the job, then Tristen from Pool Time came to the house. Their bid was extremely competitive even with smaller owner operator companies. He showed me a video of a job that was similar to ours and made me feel really confident in moving forward. From start to finish, their crews were amazing. Super professional, worked very quickly, and did a fantastic job. Tristen came by at every stage and spent the time to make sure we were more than satisfied. I can't recommend this company enough. They exceeded our expectations on every level, and really made it a seamless process. There wasn't one single thing to complain about. We were very happy that we went with Pool Time.

Called multiple times to get quotes. Never shows up. When I called when he was late I had to remind him who I was. On the second missed appointment with no call I chose not to call him or use his business.

Mike, the owner took over my pool after another pool company installed my equipment wrong. The pool is now up and running like it should be and the company always answers their phones and is prompt to handle any issues. I would recommend using Hammerhead for new builds and repairs! I was really excited to work with this company for my pool remodel since they came highly recommended from a friend at work. Getting a time for the estimate appointment was easy, and Ryan came over and explained my options with me a little bit stating he would have quotes for me “soon”. I let a week or so go by before calling, I was given an excuse and told I would have my quotes my Wednesday (it was Monday when I called). Wednesday came around and nothing, so I called, texted, and emailed. My quote never came and I’m not sure why. Very sad to have my time wasted when my hopes were up to work with Hammerhead. If you actually want work done I would go somewhere else.
