They were very good on a response set up appointment straightaway. He showed up about 45 minutes late, but they informed me that was nice of them. They came and they were on top of the job. They pretty good job They did a very good job cleaned up after it’s very nicely. I would recommend them any time to my friends and family.

Dunzo did an AMAZING job on our windows and solar panels! They offered competitive pricing on full service window and solar panel cleaning. We worked with Clark, the owner, and he came out and thoroughly washed and scrubbed all the windows and took off the screens and cleaned those as well. He did the entire job in an hour or two and our windows are looking brand new! I had no idea really how bad they were until they actually were clean. Great service, fair pricing, fantastic communication- I highly recommend Dunzo for all your window cleaning needs.

Beware of this company if you are having water damage work done. This work is done in two phases by two different departments: remediation and restoration. The company is keen to do your remediation work, where the most profit lies. When it comes time to do your remediation (rebuild) work, you have to call the other department to make an appointment. The company does not return phone calls, they do not honor their original estimate and try to charge much more, they give you a big run around, and there is no continuity to your job from start to finish. There is a lot of turnover at this company. There is no “captain of the ship" for your project. When we could talk to someone at the company, it was a different person and you had to reorient that person to your job. While moving our dishwasher during the remediation phase, the company dented our dishwasher door to the point where it wouldn’t close properly and probably would have leaked had we tried to use it. They refused to repair their mistake, which would have cost $250ish to replace the door. They tried to blame the damage on us, even though they admitted the damage wasn’t present at the start of the job and even though the dishwasher was disconnected and within the draped off work area. When that didn’t work, they said the dishwasher was too old. The dishwasher wasn’t even 5 years old! The last time we heard from this company, we received a text message from the owner Kevin at the start of the pandemic cancelling his appointment with us due to an emergency at his child's school. There was never any follow-up. The company left us without our sanitizing dishwasher during a pandemic with no way to obtain a repair. We would recommend you look elsewhere to have your work done and save yourself time, money, and frustration.

I called Emergency Restoration services to clear water out of the crawlspace of my rental property. They came and gave me an extremely high quote but I gave them my credit card and said "go ahead" as it had to be done. They promised that they would arrive first thing the next morning and did not arrive until noon only to tell me that the exterminator had to "spray for rats" before they could pump the water. I told him I was 5 minutes away and could he please wait so we could talk about the issue. He left before I got there 5 minutes after our call. Frustrating does not begin to describe what I felt with their complete and utter lack of professionalism. My plumber went above and beyond to pump the water and repair the problem.

Hue and Khua is absolutely the best! They went above and beyond and did an amazing job! I can not say enough about them, they truly make the company what it is. God forbid something else happens to my house, I will definitely call them! There’s still good people in this crazy world!

ERC is my first call when I need cleaning, remediation, restoration and repairs at my home or office. They are always there when I need them. 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry has taught me where to look for poor workmanship and shortcuts and I would never work with a contractor who is not qualified to perform at a high level. I wholeheartedly recommend the team at ERC. Keep up the good work!

I wish they had a 10 star rating option! We were in a very stressful situation the week before Thanksgiving 2021 with our home in Rocklin which we rent out. We live out of state and our property manager at the time was not responding appropriately to the leak issue. We had 3 restoration companies come out to quote us on the job. We received 2 quotes. ERC did not quote us...they said "the leak has been misdiagnosed and you still have a leak." Not only did Chad and his team take the time to actually look at our home before quoting but they made a solid effort to see if they could guage where the leak was coming from. They were honest and said we need a leak detection specialist to come out to properly diagnose it. This was the week before Thanksgiving and no one was available. Our property managers said I would need to make calls on my home to try to find someone. Chad made calls with me! He went completely above and beyond. We eventually found someone Dependable Rooter to come out the next day which was a Saturday. After dealing with almost no communication from our property manager for almost a week Chad would call and update us every few hours and sent a detailed description and photos of the issues and worked incredibly well with our plumber Dependable Rooter. Together they made the most dynamic team and I hope our misfortune paid it forward to a great new business relationship with Dependable Rooter and ERC. We have such peace of mind now knowing if we have an issue we know who to call and they will care for our home as if it was their own. Thank you ERC!!! Our family recently went through a difficult medical crisis. When we needed cleaning services, ERC responded immediately. Eliseo came out right away, did an expert cleanup, and went above and beyond in every way. He was extremely thorough and professional, but in addition, his kindness, compassion, and willingness to help made a very stressful time a little easier.

I have been working with ERC for several weeks. Without exception, the 12 or more individuals I've met are extremely kind, helpful, personable, and they've done a wonderful job of restoring my home after I had a leaky pipe in an inside wall. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them. Hayden, Eliseo, Alex and Francisco in particular made me feel like I was in good hands.

I experienced a water intrusion leak in my master bathroom from an upstairs neighbor and I was referred to ERC by my insurance. From the moment I was connected with ERC, I had the pleasure of working with Jose Diaz as my project manager. I truly feel fortunate to have had him assigned to my case. Jose was outstanding—he kept me informed with regular updates, often on a daily basis, and always took the time to explain my options thoroughly. He made sure to answer all my questions with clarity and patience, which made the entire process much less stressful.

Once the repair work began, another exceptional team member, Jorge, took over many of the hands-on tasks. Jorge handled several smaller but important repairs with great attention to detail. His work ethic and professionalism stood out—he consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with every step of the process.

Overall, I highly recommend Emergency Restoration and Cleaning. Both Jose and Jorge were exceptional to work with and are true assets to the company. ERC is fortunate to have such dedicated and skilled professionals on their team. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

Wow. I'm so thankful that ERC was able to help us not only mitigate the damage from the leak we had, but navigate the entire claims process. I was initially hesitant about getting insurance involved and thinking about a more "crafty" approach to deal with it but turning to professionals was definitely the way to go. They were honest, professional and totally on top of it and helped us turn a potential nightmare situation into something that felt manageable. Our house looks great and I know the job was done right- what a relief.
