We had LuxeHome Construction build a custom pantry in our garage in Folsom, CA and it turned out amazing. Alex and his team designed and built beautiful all-wood shelving with LED lighting and a few electrical outlets, which made the space incredibly functional for extra kitchen storage. What really stood out was the first consultation. Alex was the only contractor who could actually measure the space, explain the whole plan, and give us accurate pricing on the spot. That level of knowledge and confidence made the decision very easy for us. The pantry fits perfectly and we still have plenty of room in the garage to park our car, which was very important to us. We talked to a lot of contractors before starting this (probably around 10–12), and honestly it was kind of stressful process. Everyone had different ideas and pricing and it was kind of hard to know who to trust. LuxeHome just felt different from the first meeting. They actually took the time to explain things in a way that made sense and gave us a rough idea of pricing right away, which most others didn’t do. It was no pressure at all, just real answers. We did a full bathroom remodel in Roseville, CA (tub to shower, new vanity, floors, etc.) and they pointed out things we didn’t even think about, especially behind the walls stuff or doing plumbing drainage properly or that could cause problems later. They weren’t the cheapest, but at some point we realized we didn’t want to risk going cheap on something like this. You can definitely tell they care about doing it right. During the project everything went pretty smooth. Guys always showed up on scheduled time, kept things clean around more than could even imagine. Alex and his team were easy to communicate with. That alone made a big difference for us. Everything is done now, and we’re really happy with the result. No regrets going with them and planing to do our next project.
