Gerry was upfront and extremely professional. He did a great job. He was very easy to work with. I am very satisfied with the job he did Cleaning my couch and my floor.

Had a great experience. Gerry was super polite and accommodating to my last-minute request to have my couches cleaned. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain what he would be doing and how it would work. Super friendly man and really personable. Did some research looking for a great couch cleaner after moving from OC to Rancho. Came across this business and boy am I happy with the results and just overall great service !

Gerry was very welcoming and showed us how our cleaner before wasn’t using the best chemicals and left residue. He brought our couch back to life and even gave us some tips to keep it clean if ever spots come up. Having a white couch takes alot of care/management but we will only be using Gerry from now on. Our swivel chair/sectional look great!!

Gerry is the best. My carpets were gross! I hadnt had my floors done since i moved in almost 8 years ago. My daughtet was a toddler on these floors with all the spills and mess and slime that come with growing up. I inherited my mom's elderly dog and so like i said my carets were gross to say the least. I got Gerry's number from another trusted business i used before (shout out to Cut n Dry!). Gerry is friendly, professional, thorough, and fast. He's a genuine person and honest businessman. We have used Good Faith Carpet Cleaning, a few times, they never disappoint. We had oil dripped from a repair on the washer, they came and can't even tell the oil stains were there. Thank you for excellent service.

OK cleaning, only steam no scrubbing. Earlier than agreed which was a tremendous inconvenience when the time was specified and explained. Owner not present at cleaning just sends someone. Also, on the pricier side but lacking good customer service!?
Major arguments with family trying to cook as kitchen rugs had to be cleaned. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!

Highly recommend this company. My stairs and rooms look phenomenal. I didn’t think they would be able to clean my stairs due to all the dark spots but the carpet on my stairs look brand new now. Very friendly and did amazing work!!

Cleaned tile floor and carpet. Good Faith has been cleaning my carpet for a few years now. They always do an outstanding job. For the first time I had them clean my tile floor. Again, did an outstanding job!

They came the same day we called. Nacho was very thorough and professional. Vacuumed really well before cleaning the carpets. Our carpets came out wonderful.
We will be hiring them again to clean the rest of the house.
