Gerry did an outstanding job of getting our carpets clean! I will definitely be calling him again in the future. I have had the carpets cleaned before but they have never looked as good as what Gerry has accomplished. Don’t waste your money by calling anyone else.

We have used Complete Interiors twice since we've moved into our new home and absolutely love their service. We have a toddler and a dog and appreciate regular maintenance on our carpets to keep them fresh. We've been using Gerry for years, and are still amazed how great the carpets look when he is done. We have light colored, almost white carpet, and even the dark paths of dirt in high traffic areas are white again and match the rest of the carpet. We never doubt the time, care, and hard work he puts in to restore the carpets to the best they can be. After booking an appointment through their online system, I received immediate confirmation. On the appointment day, Gerry contacted me to confirm his arrival time. I was at work when he arrived for the job, but my husband said he was very thorough and knowledgable about how to treat the different carpets. Better yet, he got out a bad pet odor that a rented Rug Doctor could not. He worked on the area for a long time and treated it with enzymes that the store does not carry. The smell is gone! We felt it was well worth it to call a professional. He also honored the military discount as advertised and his price seemed reasonable for the service he provided.

Gerry responded very quickly on a stain I had on my carpet caused by an area rug that was preventing me from doing a proper walk-through on leaving a rental. He was able to get the problem resolved for me NEXT day after calling him and was very polite and professional. I recommend this company over any other local cleaning service. I found these guys by chance while shopping around for carpet cleaning companies. I saw their high rating and decided to call. However, I decided to take that rating with a grain of salt. I spoke with Gerry who was very professional and an excellent communicator. He was willing to work within the budget I set and gave me really good deals. Gerry and his co-worker did an excellent job! They were personable, respectful, and informative. They gave me tips on how to better care for my carpets in the future and took their time getting tough stains out. I am pleased as peach with the work they have done, and will most definitely be using their services in the future. They are dedicated, hard working people who deserve their five stars.
