I got a quote from Nico saying that it would be $175 to repair a spot on the carpet and to clean that room. When the workers finished repairing they said the price was only for the repair. I paid and later texted Nico to say I was confused and it's been a week and no word back.

I only gave them one star so I could comment. I would not recommend this company. One of thier vans made a u turn in my neighborhood. Draining water or some form of liquid from the back of van that had the aroma of sewage. I would definitely never hire this company.

Nico was on time, professional and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.

They will now be my first call for all my carpet and restoration needs.

Wow! Such amazing service! I needed an area rug cleaned, made an appointment with Nico and then cancelled it because I was fearful that the chemicals used might have a negative effect on my chemical sensitive child. He worked with me to find a product I felt most comfortable with, sending me pictures of various options and his own insight on what might be best. He even offered to double rinse it for me to make sure there was as little chemical residue as possible left behind. He knew I wanted the rug back before an event at my home and worked to get it done on time, even bringing it to his home to let it finish drying...on a Saturday...when he doesn't work! I was so impressed and THANKFUL! The rug looks like new!!!
