I decided to try Baseline Carpet care based on the reviews I saw and I was not disappointed. Tom came out and was very pleasant and professional. He did a great job on our carpet and tile. The house smelled amazing after. I would definitely use them again.

I have used other carpet cleaning services & by far Baseline Carpet Care is the best I highly recommend them! Mike was very professional & able to do same day service which was awesome for such short notice & he was on time & very efficient didn’t take long and best of all he got out all my pet stains & smells & the price is great! Great customer service , great value ! Mike sent me reminders and also let me know when they were on their way. Mike was great he treated and removed old stains other carpet cleaners couldn’t get out ! Pmy carpets look new ! I highly recommend baseline carpet care and will use them only from now on ! Fast! Efficient! And Effective! Mike at Baseline Carpet Cleaning Company, to my surprise, was able to do same day service. He answered the call while working another job and came directly over after; hardworking guy! From the time the call was made to the time he showed up, he was clear about what he needed to hook up his machine to get the job done, so I knew what to expect and didn’t waste time. He gave the exact cost of 3 rooms over the phone. This was helpful because it was 1 call and the job was done (who has time for consultations and negotiations these days?)!!! Mike is fast, efficient, and his work is effective - making the space look brand new!

Mike and Brittney were very responsive, personable and fit me in same day for a mattress cleaning. While they were here I mentioned the carpet needing to be done and Mike quoted me right then with a great price and fit in the carpet cleaning as well. They were quick and efficient. I needed help getting pet urine stains out of my furniture. Mike was a huge help with that. I honestly thought I was going to have to repalce my furniture. I'm so grateful that I didn't have to. Mike did a fantastic job on my light grey textured area carpet.
I previously had a different local cleaning company out and when they left, the stains that drove me crazy re-appeared within the day it dried. I called them back and the company said well sometimes carpets just need to be replaced.
So I called Mike to ask how much he charged and not only did he come out the next day to redo my carpet he did it for FREE because the previous company did a poor job and over charged me.
You don’t find many people in this world like Mike, my carpet looks like new and he is scheduled to come redo the rest my house at the end of the month. He is honest, reliable, fair priced and does a phenomenal job on my carpet !!!!

We needed our tile cleaned and were on a tight time frame. We called Mike on Saturday and they came out Sunday and did our whole house. The tile and the grout came out beautifully! I was so impressed with their work, the great quote was a plus! I can only recommend their services!

Mike is friendly and professional. I requested an estimate on Yelp and he replied within minutes with a VERY competitive price. He let me know he was on the way and was finished with the job under an hour. He cleaned the carpet on my stairs going all the way up to the 3rd floor and they are now pristine. I asked him to clean an area rug at the last minute and it was no problem. AND me texted me afterwards to see if I was happy with the job and to thank me for my business. Mike is the best! He was willing to come out on a Sunday afternoon with very short notice. Our 20-year-old carpet looks amazing — he has very good attention to detail. He was professional and personable. This makes a difference to me. We will definitely be calling him again!!

I'm so glad I listened to all the great reviews about Mike!! Had my carpets cleaned and they look great! But what is truly shocking is how clean my tile is!!! It's an entirely new floor!!! This tile is very rough and porous. I have scrubbed, hands and knees with a brush (then I couldn't walk for two days), we have rented a steamer at Home Depot to clean them, and do regular mopping once a week. All this time and all this effort I put into cleaning my tile, and it was thoroughly disgusting, and yet I didn't even know that! I didn't even know my tile could be this color. Truly amazing! Will hire Mike at least a couple times a year to come take care of my floors.

Mike is AMAZING!! He came to our rescue after another company canceled an hour before their appointment time. They say things happen for a reason and I believe it! Mike came same day, within hours of my call and did so well. My carpet looks brand new again. I cannot thank and recommend Mike enough!! Baseline Carpet Care was referred to me by two friends. When we called to make an appointment we talked to Mike the owner, he was very nice snd professional and booked us immediately. Tom and Anthony arrived on time and went over the job, they cleaned our carpet and tile and did a wonderful job! We are very happy with how clean our carpet and tile turned out and impressed with their customer service! We definitely recommend their service!

Mike was highly responsive and very courteous when we spoke to him about estimates. Anthony, who cleaned our carpets, was friendly to us and our pets. Mike came to our home and did the carpet cleaning. This is the 1st time that we hire baseline carpet care. We are worried about the cleaning result, so he gave a brief diagnosis first and cleaned one area as an example. After we both like the work, he started to work on the rest. It took about 1.5 hours to complete 6 areas. Nothing to complain at all. We will definitely use Baseline Carpet Care next time and will recommend it to our friends.

I called Baseline to schedule a cleaning for my tile. It was very easy to make an appointment and Mike came out the following day. He did a very good job. I’m so pleased with the way the cleaning turned out. I have tried to scrub my tile floors myself and I can never get them completely clean. I’m so glad I found a company that could help me with the work. It was a great experience all around and I will certainly use Baseline and their services again.
