The best man for the job. Any pool job.

Kelly has been in the business longer than I've been alive. He's a funny and honest hard working man. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone who needs pool service large or small.

Kelley has been servicing my pool for around five years. He is a very reliable & honest man and does great work. His fees are fair & he can fix faulty pumps as well as cleaning the pool. Even after a huge storm, the pool looks beautiful! He is always on time with a great attitude.

Recently had our stairs and hallways cleaned in addition to our bedroom. I didn't quite want to do the entire house just yet because I wanted to see the service and quality of the work.
Well, all I got to say is this has become my carpet cleaner business of choice. Amazing results, local business, and truly professional. My carpets look brand new and smell devine. I wish I had taken before and after pictures.
Before the summer ends, we will definitive have them back again to clean the other bedrooms.

We had only three days to clean our vacant cabin before new renter moved in. Mike came during that time and cleaned two rooms with his professional equipment and the carpets look great! Would definitely call him again for carpet cleaning!

Mike did exceptional work in my home, did 5 rooms and my staircase, even went above and beyond and did more than agreed on and I didn't realize until he left. Thanked him and zelled him the price of the extra room. He did such great work and I will definitely be calling him for future cleanings.

I'm a huge customer service fan and Baseline Carpet Care didn't disappoint! Tom was the technician that came out to take care of the carpet. The first thing that impressed me about Baseline Carpet Care, was the fact that they were expeditious in setting up a fast appointment when I called. In addition, after the appointment was made, they gave me a heads up letting me know that sometimes jobs can go a little longer, depending on if they run into any challenges during a given job. Which I can understand, as a customer we are famous for, "oh, while you're here, would you mind doing this or doing that?"

Such was the case for the technician, whose name was Tom. He sent me a text about 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment letting me know he was running a little late for my appointment. He said he'd text upon his arrival. I thoroughly appreciated him letting me know this, because it showed that he was respectful of my time. Any business that looks out for the customer is way ahead in my book. And guess what? He did a phenomenal job cleaning the carpet, as I have 2 big dogs a rottweiler and a shepherd, who love chasing each other around the house and their rough play means rolling around on the carpeting. Sometimes they don't remember to wipe their feet when entering the house and it began showing it on the carpet. Guess what? Not anymore! Tom did a great job removing heavy traffic areas and left the carpet smelling fresh, and gave me a new carpet cleaning service. I'm already looking to schedule my next appointment and I will definitely be requesting Tom! He gave me a few drying tips and told me approximately how long it would take the carpet to dry, which was minimal. These hot days come in handy when needing to dry a freshly shampooed carpet! Thank you Tom and thank you Baseline Carpet Care!

We had not had a deep cleaning for a good 5 years. Mike and Brittany were thorough and efficient, assuring every corner was touched upon. We had them also clean our couches and living room area rug and they got those cleaned to nearly brand new! Personable, efficient and professional! We are certainly using Baseline Carpet Care again! Mine cleaned our carpets and did an awesome job he is very professional left my carpets looking great!! He also clean my grout and did a great job. We found a stain under mat and he came back to take stain off was very professional and very reasonable priced!! We will continue to use Baseline Carpet care from here on!! I’ve had Baseline Carpets out twice and both times they have done an exceptional job. We had a new, thick rug and our dog had an accident, which we tried to clean ourselves leading to what looked like a permanent stain. After their cleaning efforts, it looks like new. Great price, on time, exceptional service. We will be using them in the future.

I’m really picky with people doing work in my house. Mike and his team were very professional. They all wore feet coverings and offered to me also. They got out stains I never thought would come out. I’ve used them a few times on my places. I highly recommend Baseline Carpet Care and will definitely continue to use them.
