We called several vendors, we selected Tiki's because of the way Randy dealt with us over the phone (very professional) and the many five star reviews. They were on time, their equipment was clean and professional, and afterwards they cleaned up all the gunk that came off the roof. The results at completion were excellent and better than we expected

We used Tiki’s Softwash for my mom’s house and they did a fantastic job! Randy was super helpful and amazing to work with. He was very understanding with me living out of state and coordinating this job for my parents. Will definitely call them again for future jobs and would definitely recommend their services.

I have Tiki’s Softwash out every 2 to 4 months to clean the solar panel on our home in San Dimas Ca. They just cleaned my panels and did an amazing job!!!!!!! Randy and Roger are amazing people and workers. They are so careful & diligent when working in and around the solar panels. I like doing business with professionals that I trust. I trust this company. Randy and the crew from Tiki's SoftWash did a fantastic job cleaning my tile roof and making it look like it did 20 years ago Communication from start to finish was excellent and all commitments were kept. They took before and after photos of their work that demonstrated the excellent results. Randy's follow-up with me was amazing. I highly recommend them!

Randy was very professional and easy to work with. He responded on the same day and came with a drone to take high definition pics of my roof. The home insurance company was satisfied with the work and I am more than satisfied because I was given a 5-year warranty for the service. You get what you pay for and then some!

I had a great experience with Tiki’s SoftWash. They responded pretty much the next day, which I really appreciated. They came out for a free inspection and took the time to really listen to what I was looking for.

These guys are great! From coming out to give me a quote to finalizing the job. Very thorough and professional. They power washed my brick walkway (looks new again) cleaned my patio covers, soft washed my iron gates and cleaned my solar panels, all to complete satisfaction!
