Great pool company to have. Very knowledgeable with our pool equipment and our pool is always clean. Would highly recommend their services.

They have done a great job at keeping my pool sparkling clean. Plus, they also handle pool pump repairs. I highly recommend them.

Even though it seems like it takes 3 -4 time to fix things I just wanted to leave a review I ont think he deserves all the 1stars. after we tried a few pool guys he is the cheapest we had and wont charge us for all the comebacks. He is nice but he seems to talk lot about his personal life and ask alot of personal questions. he is the best for the price so we just wont be here when he comes.

Tim and Carin are great! Always available and willing to help with our equipment and pool maintenance, we’ve used them for two years now and the pool always looks great.

Quality Pool did an Amazing job on the Acid Wash on our Pool. Looks like a New Pool, blue and Sparkling clean. I would recommend them for sure!

We have worked with quality pool care since we bought our home in 2015. Anytime there has been an issue with our pool, they are very prompt to help fix the issue. We have a tree on the outside of our home that always causes problems. They fixed the issue and haven’t had any problems since Carin has been working so hard on our pool!

This company is garbage. Tim Bermudez doesn't know what he's doing. I was sceptical when I arrived home and he was watching YouTube videos on how to clean a pump impeller. He doesn't even communicate effectively unless it's with the woman of the household. If you wanna keep your pool clean and your family together I would recommend going and finding someone outside home depot and show them a couple YouTube videos before you consider hiring this fly by nighter who will leave your pool looking like a sinkhole filled with fracking fluid. Tim has been servicing my pool for about 6 years already and I've never had an issue with him ... he has always given me great service and done quality installs like replace the old pool equipment that came with my home when i first purchased it. He replaced the pool pump, pool heater, filter , and controller and everything works great.

Quality Pool Care has done a great job in ensuring the cleanliness of the pool and maintaining the auxiliary equipment(filter, etc.). Based on thorough testing of the pool water conditions recommendations were made to prevent algae growth and potential damage to the pool. The personnel are very responsive to texts, phone calls, and email when I have questions related to the pool. I highly recommend Quality Pool Care for the servicing of the pool.

I contacted this company when we moved into our new home. Spoke with Carin, the office manager, and she is just the friendliest. Her people skills are what sold me. From the first minute she treated me like family. We scheduled a consultation with Tim, the owner, for a quote. He is just as personable. Very knowledgeable about the equipment and answered all my questions. They are priced very fair. They send emails and text to keep you updated and informed, which is great. Carin is the one who comes weekly to service our pool and I just love her. She goes above and beyond. Carin even fixed my gate when some of the screws were loose. I mean, who does that??!!! We have built a great rapport. We chat about life and everything when we can. They are more than just “our pool people”!!!

They do a great job at keeping my pool clean and sparkling. My pool has always been difficult for us to manage the chems, etc. I've hired a few pool cleaners in the past and wasn't completely satisfied with the service. Since I found Quality Pool Care, I don't worry about my pool anymore.

Tim Bermudez of Quality Pool Care is not a reputable professional. I asked to have the spa heater fixed on numerous occasions and it was never follow up on in a timely manner. He makes a lot of commitments and promises but doesn't deliver on any of them... There are much better services in the market that you should consider before contacting Quality Pool Care.

The owner is very knowledgeable and obviously takes pride in keeping his customers happy. He goes out of his way to make sure we are pleased with every aspect of his service. And we are! They did have a time of employee transition that was a bit rocky, but now with Tim and Carin at the helms everything has been great. Tim is very knowledgable and great at explaining to the last detail what is going on with a pool. Carin is amazing at customer service and making sure clients are happy and informed. Tim and Carin know that I have kids that love the pool so they go the extra mile to let me know if their treatment is more aggressive and will require some "down time" to ensure my family is safe.
