Tiki Bros came highly recommended and did not disappoint. My windows are spotless, they took pics of the gutters before and after, and unclogged the downspouts!!! I am very happy with their professionalism and commitment to go the extra mile to please their customers. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Randy and Roger did an excellent job washing our roof. Both of them were friendly, professional, and great to work with. The quoting process was quick: Randy flew a drone over my house and gave me an estimate on the spot. The cleaning process was also straightforward. Randy went over photos of the roof with me after the wash and sent the photos over the same night. 10/10 Service!

Randy and Roger were seriously awesome. From the start, the communication has been excellent and honest. They show up exactly when they say they will, do the job they promised plus even more, and work really hard to make sure it’s done right. Wow, talk about great "bang for the buck", I'm totally impressed with the service we received from Tiki's SoftWash! Randy and Roger were fantastic! Extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and they showed up with all the right stuff to work with.

I never realized how really scroungy the 40 year old concrete tile roof on our house looked until we recently had the exterior spruced up with some rotted wood replacement and a repaint. Our roof now looked extra horrible, as there were many years of accumulated grunge and organic growth embedded into it. After doing a bunch of research on roof cleaning, I had no ambition to attempt cleaning it myself, and decided to hire Tiki's SoftWash to come out and clean our roof. OMG, what a difference! I figured it would certainly look better, but was totally blown away by the results! Looks like we got a new roof, but only paid a small fraction of the cost of getting one!

Recently had Tiki's SoftWash clean my windows, gutters, and they soft washed my roof that has 20+ years of algae. They are highly professional and Randy took his time thoroughly explaining the details of the different services. Their prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Randy and his brother, Roger, arrived at our house punctually and got straight to work. Throughout the day Randy and Roger kept me abreast of their progress and informed me of a couple of issues that they discovered. They went above and beyond with their incredible customer service. The windows look amazing! I can hardly wait for the algae solution to start working. Randy will be returning in a month to see the progress of the algae removal treatment.

Don't hesitate to hire these guys, they are honest, very professional, and prompt! They even covered up my plants and shrubs that were next to the house to ensure they were not harmed or damaged. I have already discussed with Randy to return after the rainy season to do a complete house soft wash.

Randy and Roger were very professional. There work turned out great. The cleaning of the solar panels and the roof came out amazing. Not only that the clean-up after the job was done was very detailed. I was very impressed. I was thinking I was still going to have to clean up somewhere, but they went above and beyond and nailed it. I Defiantly would recommend these two guys to anyone looking to clean there roof.

You have to hire these guys their work is amazing if your in need of proof for insurance purposes these are the guys to hire my insurance cancelled me because of that pesty green algae/moss that grows on your roof it’s a California thing but they came to the rescue and made my roof look brand new so before your insurance Cancels you give these guys a call you’ll be happy you did. Great work

Highly recommend. Randy did an excellent job at giving a quote, and then following up with performing a great cleaning. Our insurance company was going to drop us due to algae growth on our roof. Randy knew exactly what to do and provided great before and after photos that the insurance company accepted and reinstated our policy. They took care to protect our plants and even gave our solar panels are free cleaning while they were up there. Could not recommend more highly!

My house is almost 40 years and soil in the gutters is about 4 inches deep. Had Randy and Roger help me clean the house. They have done such a beautiful job. Randy and Roger are professional and honest business men ( Randy spent an hour with me to go through the detail of softwash and explained to me the disadvantages or advantages of softwash process). They know what they are doing and the price is very affordable. In the end, the result is very very very satisfying. Thank you so much Randy and Roger.
