I had my wedding dress cleaned here and they did a get job, before and after the wedding. I'm glad I was referred to them

I disliked it because I paid to have military creases in my collared shirt. When I picked it up. It was not military pressed by standards and I'm a veteran who served in the Armed Forces. If you want military creases sadly, don't come to this one. There should be three creases on the back, and two along the front in seamed with the pocket. This is not to my standard. Disappointed.

Always an outstanding service. I have used them for both dry cleaning and tailoring. I have never been disappointed in the service. The owner and employee are friendly and take pride in their work. Excellent customer service.

Haven't been here in years but I am disappointed with the customer service these days. when I dropped my quilt off, the lady at the front barely said a word to me and handed me a ticket. It said my quilt would be ready Saturday at 3:00 p.m. I show up at 3:15 to find out that the place closes at 3:00!! On the ticket itself and on the door it says that they are closing at 4:00 on Saturday. I don't mind waiting until Monday to pick up my quilt but I would have appreciated not being inconvenienced and knowing that they close at 3:00 instead of 4:00. I would not have wasted my time and gas to make the trip. please fix your hours on your tickets and on your door so that people don't get confused in the future.

Orchard Cleaners truly exemplifies costumer care. The owners went out of their way to ensure I had the best service. They picked up a pair of pants from my tailor for me and added it to my list of attire which was being cleaned, totally unexpected and beyond expectations. On top of that, Kailash included a pair of cufflinks for my tuxedo which I'll be wearing at my wedding. I will definitely be returning when I have clothes which need to be laundered. Thank you.

They are overpriced and don't deliver on their estimated time. I was told twice of dates and times my dress would be ready and it wasn't. I ended up having to pick up my dress the day of the wedding instead of two days prior like promised. The dress did look good, but this experience added extra stress that didn't need to be there.

Absolutely 5 starts⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service. My pregnant wife needed her dress pressed and I needed my shirt iron for a photo shoot tomorrow Sunday. I called the hem yesterday Friday mid afternoon and asked them if they could accommodate me and get the dress and shirt pressed, the owner said YES we can help you, in less the 24 hours they got it done. I never had this type of service. The new owners are exceptional.

Reputable dry cleaners are very hard to find. I thought we had found one at Orchard Cleaners. However, after many years as loyal customers, I now realize that they are not as professional as I had hoped. Trust is very important when you allow a dry cleaners to have your clothes. We had a very bad experience with alterations here and will be taking our business elsewhere due to loss of trust. Simply put, we were promised a refund but, in the end, the management took back that promise and refused a refund under the terms originally agreed upon. On top of that, we were accused of harassment, hung up on, and worse. If you are looking for a dry cleaners who are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and do not prioritize customer service, this is the place for you. We will be taking our business elsewhere after many years as loyal customers.

As you can see by the business response, they are standing by their policy at the expense of customer service. We were lied to, hung up on, and ignored repeatedly. My review comes down to a significant issue and that is, we were told we would receive a refund without returning the item and the next day, that promise was refused. We took this issue all the way to the owner and they were willing to lose our business instead of honoring the promise.

I just had my wedding gown cleaned and pressed here, and they did an absolutely amazing job! My dress was used and in pretty bad condition, but Orchard Cleaners made it look brand new — white, shiny, and perfect. I can’t thank them enough for saving my special day! The staff were so kind and helpful, and they even finished everything right on time. I can’t wait to bring my dress back after the wedding. Highly recommend!

Sent us a very cold email saying they will not service our pool anymore. No explanation, no warning, no reason. Bills are paid on time all the time. Asked for an explanation and got crickets.

Tim Bermudez, owner & only employees was after a few months was discovered to be incompetent & untrustworthy. It's been over 2 months now & my spa heater still doesn't work properly after this much time?
